Without Rachael, there’s no Pilot Brewing!! 🎂🥳

Today we’re celebrating the woman who poured her heart into building this place from nothing.

Happy birthday to our amazing boss, the brains and heart behind it all. Words can’t even describe how lucky we are to have you and this community you’ve built. Let’s raise a glass and toast to the World’s Best Boss (and no I’m not being forced to say this)🍻

Taproom open at 2 raise one up and toast to Rachael with us

Still feeling grateful after our day at Carolina Malt House last week. Getting to meet the people behind the ingredients, support local agriculture, and be surrounded by a community that genuinely cares about craft beer from the ground up is something we never take for granted.

Good beer starts long before it hits the glass and we’re SO lucky to be part of a community that makes it all possible

Come support local craft beer and grab a pint with us in the taproom today 2-9pm!!

Taster Tuesday:
20% off Top Shelf Bourbon
$4 shooters
1/2 off Beer Flights
20% off Snacks

Come spend the day with us at @carolinamalthouse field day!!

We love sourcing local whenever we can, and working with Carolina Malt House means supporting North Carolina farmers, local agriculture, and small businesses while creating fresher, high-quality beer with true Carolina character.

There’s something really special about a farm-to-pint connection and getting to know the people behind the ingredients we use every day 🌾🍻

If you were to call your favorite brewer today and confide in them that you were still missing a gift for a beer-loving loved one, we know EXACTLY what they’d tell you: tickets to Rare & Vintage are available online, the money goes to a great cause (@mjfbrewdistill ), and it’s their favorite event all year long.

Head over to the ticket link (in bio) to grab a world-class gift without leaving the comfort of your couch. VIP spots are almost gone!!

The beer industry is incredible. Anyone who's in it knows how special it is - the way people genuinely show up for each other, even across countries and time zones.

No words can fully convey my gratitude to this special brewing legend, @cltbrewer of @pilotbrewing. A HUGE thank you to you, for generously sponsoring my Cicerone studies and exams. You're an incredible brewer and all-round amazing human ❤️

Here’s to strong women, shared passions, and the magic that happens when we lift each other up. I can’t wait to pay it forward 💛🍻

The beating heart of Rare & Vintage is the collection of amazing brewers that come together to share their beers. Two events ago, we brought them together a day early to meet and amplify the voices of new brewers to the field, MJF Awardees, and other great minds that we knew had something to say.

We’re live at Atomic Clock, discussing fonio and innovation in beer at our Third Annual Brewer’s Forum, and the feeling is electric. We can’t help but get excited to taste everyone’s beers tomorrow!

There are just a couple tickets left for tomorrow’s Tasting - grab them before it’s too late . .
