The 10-year Treasury went on a wild ride this month. 🎢 It climbed for weeks, then dropped hard today to 4.96%.

Why does that matter? Mortgage rates tend to follow the 10-year. When it goes down, rates often follow, but not always and not right away.

Thinking about buying or refinancing? Let’s keep an eye on it together. DM me or call (803) 448-8922 and I’ll tell you what this means for you. 👀

Please keep me in your thoughts… nothing’s wrong. I just want you to think of me when you’re ready to buy a home. 😂

Seriously, though: you don’t have to wait until you’re ready to make an offer to ask questions. If you’re wondering how much house you can afford, what your monthly payment could look like, or how much you may need for a down payment and closing costs, let’s talk it through.

A little planning now can make the homebuying process feel a lot less stressful later. 🏡

Save this for when you’re ready, or send me your questions!

Some days are a reminder that what we do in business is about so much more than business.

Years ago, I served as a direct care counselor for individuals with disabilities. That experience taught me a lot. It shaped my patience, perspective, and compassion, and most importantly, taught me the value of simply giving your time and showing up for others every single day.

So when my good friend and Allegro Foundation board member, Donnell Woolford, presented me with the opportunity to support the Allegro Foundation, it was important to me personally to contribute.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to spend a beautiful day at the 17th Annual Allegro Foundation Golf Tournament and see firsthand the impact of the organization’s work supporting children with disabilities.

I was proud to have The Agency alongside me in supporting the cause. From sponsoring the event, to the volunteers who gave their time, to watching the performances and seeing everyone come together on the golf course it was a beautiful reminder of what community is all about.

A special thank you to founder Pat Farmer, Marisa Guy, Lauren Fletcher, and Donnell Woolford for giving @theagencycharlotte the opportunity to be involved and support such a meaningful cause. I truly appreciate the opportunity to contribute to something that holds a personal connection for me.

It was a beautiful day surrounded by great people, an incredible community, and an even greater purpose. ❤️🏌🏾‍♂️

This distinctive 1933 residence brought together so much of what makes this neighborhood special—timeless architecture, a welcoming front porch, generous living spaces, an oversized lot, and an incredible location just minutes from Uptown Charlotte.

We’re thrilled for our sellers as we move into the next phase of the transaction and one step closer to the closing table.
