Take a peek inside my home …. I am naturally quite a tidy person but like everyone I have allowed clutter to build up over the years and letting go of stuff isn’t easy! But meeting Jo from @lessismorehomeorganising a few years ago was an absolute blessing and she has helped me so much. From one to one decluttering services to her online courses, it has been a work in progress and I still have more to do but I am getting there! Jo has a special offer on at the moment - Join the waitlist for her online course Transformation to Tidy, Together starting in October 2024 and Jo will help you identify what to sell now so you can save towards the cost of the course! Vinted in my new obsession … you can find more decluttering tips and wise words from Jo if you pop over to read my blog post (link in bio and stories). Love Michelle xx Gifted - I have paid for Jo’s services myself for many years, however, Jo kindly gifted me a place on her course earlier this year. #declutterwithme #organisedlife #ecofriendlyliving #homeinspirationideas #mindfullivingcoach #selfcaretip #cleanspace #sustainableliving #declutterjourney #lessismore #professionaldecluttering

RHS CHELSEA 🌿🌺🌿 OUTFIT STYLING - part II . Following on from yesterday’s post, see more of the styling shenanigans that went on with award winning gardener Lottie Delamaine, during her SYW Outfit Styling & Preloved Treasure Hunt Experience. . Lottie’s brief was outfit styling ideas to wear to RHS Chelsea FS 🌺🌿where her incredible garden for Fashion Revolution inspired conversation and provoked thought around “What’s In My Clothes” . The key start point with any new client is the getting to know you part. After an in depth discussion to deep dive your needs, we then have a visual “discussion” using Pinterest. For the next step I create your bespoke Style Inspiration board and from there outfit ideas - preloved + shoppable. 👌🏼♻️🛍 . In Lottie’s case I created a box of preloved pieces - some bought, some borrowed - which I sent her to play dress up with. This is a lot of fun 🤩 Remember Paper Dolls? It’s like that, with you (as the ‘doll’) and your wardrobe plus a few preloved pieces. I help you create numerous - new to you - outfits. 👗👛🎒👟👔👘👠👗👜🎒 . We have an outfit styling session via video call, where we create outfit combinations using the preloved pieces I send, along with your existing wardrobe items. . The whole process is a two way collaboration, it’s all about YOU and the experience is designed to help you fall (back) in love with your wardrobe. 💗👌🏼To buy less and wear more of what you already have. ♻️💗♻️💗♻️💗♻️💗♻️💗♻️💗♻️💗 . Sound interesting? What to find out more? Use the booking link in my profile to book your complimentary 20 minute discovery call and we can discuss how I can help you to; #buyless #buybetter #buypreloved #wearmore #treasureyourwardrobe . Do you remember Paper Dolls?

Bracknell Real Networking As we bid farewell to a phenomenal year of networking, fun, friendship and most importantly, business support, please join me in a round of applause for the brilliant speakers who came to our Bracknell meetings in '22. Kicking off the year we hosted Jonathan Jordan Senior Partner and Founder of Sermelo, followed by our blogger panel Jo Hall Michelle Green and April J Harris and Terry Joshi brand photographer, who spoke at the May meeting and then, mid year, we heard from Niki McGlynn neurodevelopment therapist and Louise Handley from Perfect Balance Bookkeeping talking about tax digital. On the subject of business planning Nell ActionCoach Nell ran a fantastic workshop for us. Another panel was the highlight of October with marketers Karen Livingstone and Simon Hale and photographer Kerry Harrison. Our last speaker of 2022 was Coenie de Groot, osteopath who put us on the right postural path! We really appreciate you all sharing with us your thoughts, ideas and experience. #speaker #guestspeaker #realnetworkinguk #businessnetworking #bracknell #bracknellbusiness #bracknellsmallbusiness #berkshire

Practicing gratitude is one of the simplest and greatest things we can do for our mental health 🧠💕 Humans are deeply wired with a ‘negativity bias’ which means we’re always going to notice the bad stuff first and for longest, unless we put in some real effort to recognise the good stuff. We evolved like that to protect ourselves from danger, so when you catch yourself dwelling on the bad stuff, take a moment to thank your brain for trying to protect you. “Thanks for looking out for me, but actually, I’m ok right now, I’m safe.” And then go on to think of 3 things/people/situations etc you’re grateful for. On a really rubbish day, you might have to think hard, but do and you’ll find the little rays ☀️💕 I’ve been self-employed for over 15 years now and things can get a little lonely at times as a one-woman-band, so today I’m going to show some gratitude to some of the other small business owners who’ve played a part in it all - whether that’s through local cross-referrals for supporting our patients/clients, supporting me in business growth, or supporting me with my own health and fitness. Thank you all, I appreciate you! 💕

What a fabulous afternoon we had. 🍰🧁 Yesterday I met up with some of the members of my VIP group The Business Confidence Club. 🙋🏼‍♀️ What a truly fabulous talented bunch of women they are! Our first face to face get together since 2020! 🎉 So much laughter and we even got to meet our youngest member, darling little Sophie ❤️ There really is no need to feel alone when you’re building your midlife business. Thanks so @langtonsrestaurant for making us so welcome.

Being able to say succinctly what you do in one sentence is a critical part of running a successful business. I help midlife business owners make more money from their time online without falling down the social media rabbit hole 🐇 🕳 so that they can live their best mid and later lives. Now tell so what you do Suzanne
