Biding farewell to 2018 older, wiser, and stronger. 2018 brought tests of strength, will, and determination. Henry underwent emergency surgery, Chris endured two major eye surgeries, we finally found and bought our forever home, we sold our home of 11 years, and my role at work changed greatly. We moved the second weekend in November and hosted Thanksgiving less than two weeks later, and then hosted Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. 2018 has certainly been a test of strength and determination, but I some how made it through more patient and positive. I didn’t meet all the goals I set a year ago, but that doesn’t mean I failed at anything. It’s been an amazing year of great change and positive things. And 2019 I see you and I’m coming for you. #goodbye2018 #newyearseve

Thank you @accessatxtours for creating a fantastic private tour of the ‘Complete Austin Experience’ for us today! We had the best time touring with India and getting to know the true Austin. Also a big thank you to @terryblacksbarbecue pit masters for showing us around the pits and answering all of our questions. And @thecedardoor for the Mexican Martinis. Truly the best way to see the beautiful city of Austin!

The Texas State Capitol. It’s true that everything is bigger in Texas. Behold the largest state Capitol in the United States and it is beautiful as are the grounds.

What a great day spent in Waco! The Silos look beautiful at night with all the lights! We picked up some breakfast from the Silos Bakery and grabbed some coffee from @commongroundswaco and sat at the picnic tables and enjoyed the morning. We also made a quick stop at Harp Design Co afterwards since we didn’t make it there last time. What a fun day!

What an exhibit! The fall leaves in the forest at the Crystal Bridges Museum were the perfect backdrop for the Dale Chihuly exhibit. I'm kind of glad we were rained out in June and had to go back! #bentonville #arkansas #theozarks #CBtrails #CBChihuly #DaleChihuly #crystalbridgesmuseum

@mstcherrystreet you had me at $3 mimosas 🥂. Been waiting for over a month for Main Street Tavern on Cherry Street to open, and we were the first ones in the door on today's opening day! Loved the Waffle Cristo and a pineapple mimosa, Chris enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and of course a Bloody Mary. We will definitely be back for brunch and dinner! #tulsa #oklahoma #mainstreettavern #cherrystreet #mstcherrystreet #brunch #WXYZsips
