We’re looking for an experienced S&C coach with both group and 1-on-1 training experience and some leadership/management experience to join our team.

Ideal Candidate:

✔️ Experienced S&C coach with both group and one-on-one training experience
✔️ Background in athlete development and program design
✔️ Experience leading and managing teams and people
✔️ Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
✔️ Passion for developing athletes and mentoring young coaches

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Help implement and build the Strength & Conditioning program
✔️ Design and oversee athlete training programs
✔️ Lead group training sessions and individual athlete development
✔️ Manage and mentor interns
✔️ Help oversee summer camp programming and operations
✔️ Collaborate with leadership on long-term program growth and systems

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching, building systems, and having a meaningful impact on athletes and developing coaches.
