‼️Client Spotlight‼️

Down 2lbs in 1 month!!

When Connor first came to me he was struggling with lack of knowledge and understanding how to set up a proper routine.

He was having a tough time structuring a proper diet on his own for the goals that he wanted to achieve.

We created a program that worked perfectly for him and his goals to get him on track.

In his last check in he said he can feel his whole body being engaged over the week with the workout split, and the intensity of his workouts has increased 10x with having a structured plan to follow.

This program widened his exercise knowledge by having workouts he never would have thought to try on his own.

His leg press increased 90lbs.

Super proud of you my man for crushing the first 4 weeks of your program, drop a “🔥🔥” in the comments if you want to work with me & get results like Connor
