💪 Everyone loves a class finisher!

😎This was Saturday’s traveling plate to burpee finisher. We went through the stack of plates and held a plank till everyone was finished their plate hand off and burpee and then we did it again sending them back down the line. 👊👊

En stærk periode for BK Vejen i Basketligaen.

Oprykkerne har fundet momentum og har i de seneste kampe leveret en række flotte præstationer.

Being apart doesn’t weaken the bond, it reminds you why it’s there.

This time away was the two-week reset I didn’t realize how much I needed. 🤍
I didn’t share much on social media, but January really tried to kick my ass.
How it started…
We lost Jackson 🐶 after he developed a terrible infection. After countless vet visits, sleepless nights, and trying everything to get him to eat, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go. We have never had to make that choice with our other dogs, and even knowing it was the right one, it completely broke me.
Then, ten days later, I went out for my usual evening walk and came home to my building on fire on Princess Cres. I stood on Guildford — FaceTiming Steve — watching firefighters battle the blaze just two units from mine. Twenty-seven units were evacuated, including mine. Because I was out walking, all I had with me were my phone and my house keys.
Thankfully my family lives close by. The next day I was allowed back into my condo for five minutes to grab my car keys, wallet, passport, and wedding rings before the unit was deemed unsafe to enter. Over the next couple of days I was allowed back for short windows to collect a few more things.
Then on Sunday the 22nd, when I returned to gather more personal items, I discovered my place had been broken into. Unreal. Being on the ground floor, I knew it was a possibility, but it still felt unbelievable. Security had been inside the building, but not in the courtyard. That was fixed immediately after, but unfortunately a little too late.
The week that followed was a blur — insurance calls, clearing out belongings, figuring out next steps. I just went into action mode without really processing any of it. (Continued in comments)

What a year it has been. I am deeply grateful for every moment that 2025 brought into my life. As we ring in the new year, I move forward with ease and trust, knowing that each decision continues to guide me-and my family—along the right path.

I look ahead with an open heart ❤️ to new opportunities, continued growth, and the grace to release what no longer serves me.

Here's to stepping into the year ahead with clarity, intention, and unwavering faith in what's to come. ✨

12 weeks of focused preparation, all leading up to this weekend’s event at the Vancouver Convention Centre and we couldn’t be more proud.

The commitment, hard work, dedication, and determination shown over the last 12 weeks truly speaks for itself. The progress each of you has made is incredible, and it’s been amazing to watch you rise to the challenge.

🎟️ Tickets are still available — just $15 to come out, watch, and cheer everyone on!
They’re also still looking for volunteers if you’d like to be part of the action.

It’s going to be a fun weekend we hope to see you there! 💪🎉👏
