🏋️ GRIT x CRANBOURNE 🏋️

We’re continuing to put in the work with @grit.ap, building bigger, faster, and stronger athletes.

Every session in the gym is designed to improve our performance on the court. Developing strength, power, and resilience gives our players the tools to compete at their best when it matters most.

The work doesn’t stop when we leave the court. 💪🏀

The journey to get here has not been easy or straightforward, so today was a very special day for us as parents, to see how Julia’s hard work, persistence, resilience and overcoming obstacles has led her to this fantastic achievement.

This journey involved a massive amount of hard work, training when friends were at parties, early mornings with @coach.tys at the gym before school, engaging in extra coaching (@alabaster.dragon and @rookiemeacademy) and having the courage to walk away from environments that were not supportive of her journey.

We are beyond proud and absolutely loved watching you on that field!! 🏉💕

🏋️‍♂️ STRENGTH & CONDITIONING 🏋️‍♂️

The work doesn’t stop 💪🔥

Huge week in the gym with @grit.ap as our athletes continue to LEVEL UP — getting bigger, stronger, and faster every session.

This is where the edge is built. This is where games are won before they’re even played.

Term 2 is coming… and we’re ready for it 🏀⚡️
Tournaments ahead. Time to compete.

Big thanks to @brandona_ from @accardibarbellclub for taking the GRIT crew through all things Olympic Weightlifting today!

Brandon is an absolute legend, and we’re pumped to learn some pearls of wisdom that can be added to our athletes training.

It’s important to capitalise on your training time during off-season.

But sometimes the challenge both logistically and financially can be that when you seek out a good strength coach, join that Sprint Squad down at the athletics track and sign up to local recovery centre… You not only end up not only with a significant price tag at the end of week, but a scheduling nightmare to ensure you get the most out of each session.

Hence why we’ve made it our mission to ensure that you get the most sound training week, and don’t have to outsource a multitude of different modalities.

If you’d like to know more shoot us a message.
