Your health goals need more than good intentions. They need preparation!
As you stock your kitchen this week, think about the person you're trying to become and the habits you need to build.
Plan your meals. Shop intentionally. Make nutritious food accessible.
Remember, healthy living doesn't begin when food is on your plate. Sometimes, it begins when you're making your shopping list.

Tell me: Have you planned your meals for the week, or are you leaving it to chance? 👇🏾

Building Faith For All Seasons 🔥

Text: 2 Corinthians 4:13-18

What a Word on Sunday! Here are key points to carry through the week:

👉 What you see and experience in the physical is temporal; the spiritual is eternal!
👉 Life is more spiritual than physical; we walk by faith, not by sight.
👉 Faith is founded on the spiritual, not the physical. It's a work in the spirit, but it is reflected in the physical.
👉 You don't exercise faith when things are running smoothly; faith is exercised in chaos.
👉 Seasons don't last forever. The mission of God cannot and will not wait - so stop waiting for the going to be good; walk by faith!

Faith isn't for good times only. It's for ALL seasons.

Were you blessed? What was your biggest takeaway? Share in the comments 👇

Okay guys, FINALLY! 😍

For months you've been asking me:
"Coach, what can I actually eat BETWEEN meals without ruining my progress?"

We hear you. You don't want to be snacking on Gala, Crisps, biscuits and Coke and then wondering why your blood sugar is spiking and your weight is not moving.

After coaching 500+ individuals over the years, these are the EXACT snacks I recommend to my clients. They are low-calorie, nutrient-dense, very relatable across cultures, very affordable and they keep you FULL.

No complicated recipes. Just real food.

Boiled Corn + Coconut - Fiber + healthy fats = 4 hours fullness
Carrot Sticks + 2 Boiled Eggs - My go-to protein fix for fat loss
Cucumber + Peanut Butter - Hydration + healthy fats, perfect for hot afternoons
Garden Egg + Peanuts - Low calorie, high fiber, controls blood sugar
Popcorn + Peanuts - Yes, you can eat popcorn and still lose weight!
Veggie Chicken Wrap - When you want something more filling
Breakfast Smoothie - For my busy queens who skip breakfast
Apples, nuts and berries mix - A perfect mix of fiber, antiocidant and healthy fats.
Dark chocolate & Almond - Rich in antioxidants and quick energy
If you are trying to maintain your weight, manage your blood sugar, watch your blood pressure and just be INTENTIONAL about your health... try these for the next 7 days and thank me later.

This is how we do it inside YOMFITNESS - No starvation, no boring food, just smart choices that work.

*Which one will you try FIRST? Comment the number 1-7 below and I'll send you the exact portion size.*

Save this post so you don't lose it when you go to the market!

Let's talk about snacking and weight management.

Many of the convenient snacks we commonly reach for are high in added sugars, refined carbohydrates, unhealthy fats or sodium, while providing relatively little or No fibre, protein or other nutrients that help us feel satisfied.
So what happens?
Eating sugary processed snacks all the time causes rapid blood sugar spikes, low energy, and long-term health risks like weight gain and inflammation.
You eat them and they light up the reward centers in your brain and increase your cravings for more.

Healthy living is not about never eating pastries, biscuits, sweets or your favourite treats again.
It's about awareness, balance and patterns.
Instead of:
“I'm hungry. What can I quickly buy?”
we want you to start asking:
“I'm hungry. What choice will nourish and satisfy me?”
That is the shift.
Because your health journey isn't shaped only by the big decisions you make occasionally.
It is also shaped by the little decisions you make repeatedly.

So if you've ever wondered:
“What can I eat between meals?”
“What should I snack on if I'm trying to manage my weight?”
“Do I have to starve myself?”
“What healthy snacks can I actually find around me?”

Follow along. Like and Save this post. Share it with someone who needs it. #viralpost #healthylifestyle #healthysnack #nutritionaltips #healthcoaches

Why do individuals with coaches get results faster?

It's not willpower. It's STRUCTURE.

No more random diets. No more quitting at week 3.
Just a clear plan + accountability + support.

Ready to stop guessing?

Tired of:
- Losing 2kg and gaining 4kg back?
- Being stuck at the same weight for months?
- Starting over every single Monday?

Coaching is the difference between TRYING and TRANSFORMING.

I have 5 slots open for women ready to be coached to their goal body without extreme diets.

COMMENT "I'M READY" now.

What if one simple choice could change the way you understand yourself, and your future? 👀

This is more than a conversation. It’s a perspective shift.

Watch till the end, then tell me: What part hit you the most? 👇🏽

What if some of the things you call “my personality” were actually things you were TAUGHT?

The way you think.
The way you respond.
Your fears.
Your limitations.
Your definition of success.
Even the things you believe you can or cannot become.

Are you becoming who you truly are—or simply becoming who you were conditioned to be?

Pause the scroll. Watch this till the end. 👀

Then tell me honestly:

What is ONE belief about yourself that you are currently unlearning?

👇🏽 Drop it in the comments. Someone else may need to know they’re not alone.

If you've been diagnosed with high cholesterol, hypertension, prediabetes, or you've simply been feeling unlike yourself lately...

Don't panic.

Start somewhere.

Small, consistent lifestyle changes can make an incredible difference.

As a health coach, I've had the privilege of helping many people build healthier habits that support weight management, improve their nutrition, increase their energy, and complement the medical care they're already receiving.

Sometimes, changing your life starts with changing today's choices.

Maybe this is your reminder.

Book that health check-up.

Your future self will thank you.

We spontaneously jumped on the #bumplikethis challenge with no prior rehearsal. They learnt their dance in about a minute right before this and I was told to just freestyle.
How did we do?😃

The best gender reveal, the sweetest baby shower, and a village that understood the assignment. 🥹💙🩷
Still smiling at how special this day was. Every detail, every surprise, every laugh, and every moment was one to remember.
We laughed, we celebrated, and we made memories we’ll cherish forever.
Forever grateful for the love that surrounded us as we found out the gender of our little one🤍✨
