About 6 weeks, and 10 Lbs ago, I did that!
@ocbliberty_natural @ocbofficialpage
.
It was a wild ride learning one show during the day ( @aladdin ), and performing another at night ( @moulinrougebway ), but I proved to myself that I can do hard things. When you really focus and give it everything you got, you can be unstoppable!
.
Thank you to my coach @coach_berretta for being there with me every step of the way!

The stars REALLY aligned for this one 😅🙈
.
So many reasons why I shouldn’t have been at that show…. but we MADE IT- and it was a memory none of us will forget!!
.
Getting to see @rene.stemmerman and her coach @coach_berretta finish this journey they started all the way back in April was so rewarding. 💖
Having the opportunity to work alongside them bringing Rene’s posing from a baby deer to a CONFIDENT GAZELLE has been such a treat.
This lady knows how to work!!

This past year has been an incredible one. Starting with my bodybuilding journey, the physical and mental transformations I’ve made, to the amazing people along the way that I never would have met had I not been inspired by a friend to step out of my comfort zone and try something way outside of my box. To every single one of you, friends and family I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your love and support. Without that I would have never walked onto that stage. Love you all and THANK YOU! 🫶🏽

It’s a family affair haha. When coach says you have to check in every two hours and make your prepped meal. You pull over at a Casey’s truck stop and make it happen. 🤣
