Well, as I always prepare my meals for whatever it is like i’m heading to work. I’m gonna be busy and make sure I prepare my meals ahead and they’re really important because. 1:Proteins and Harmones: protein rich foods provide amino acids which are essential for the production of hormones like insulin and growth hormones. A balanced intake of protein helps, maintain healthy muscle growth, and repair as well as supporting metabolism.
2: healthy fats: are crucial for hormone production, particularly sex, hormones, like testosterone and estrogen. consuming healthy fats from sources like avocados, nuts and fish can help regulate these hormones and support overall body function.
3: carbohydrate and energy: carbs affect insulin levels, a hormone that regulates blood sugar. balancing carb intake helps manage energy levels and mood while also impacting hormones related to weight management.
4: micro nutrients: vitamins and minerals, like zinc, magnesium, and vitamin D, or Qi and regulating thyroid function mood and stress hormones like cortisol. A deficiency in these can lead to hormone imbalances.
5: blood sugar balance: eating the right balance of micronutrients can keep your blood sugar, stable, preventing spikes and insulin in cortisol which can lead to stress, fatigue and even weight gain.
