A little glimpse into my morning routine! 💚

I’m learning that taking care of myself doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s about building small habits, showing up for myself, and staying consistent even on the busy days.

One day at a time. One choice at a time. ✨

Who’s working on healthier habits with me?

Taking a little more time to take care of ME. 💚✨

I’m so grateful I was introduced to these products by my amazing coaches. They’ve become part of my daily wellness routine, and I’m excited that I now have the opportunity to recommend them to others who are looking to make positive changes in their own routines.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about consistency, making better choices, and taking care of yourself one day at a time. 🌿💪🏼

I’m just getting started on this journey, and I’m excited to share it with you! 💚

🩷 Grateful for the women behind the journey 🩷

I just want to take a minute to give a HUGE thank you to my coaches, Jennifer and the entire team, for believing in me, encouraging me, challenging me, and helping me become the woman who is finally showing up for herself. 🩷

A few months ago, I wasn’t doing all of this. I wasn’t dancing, going to workouts, making healthier choices, meeting new people, stepping outside of my comfort zone, or saying YES to opportunities that I probably would have talked myself out of before.

And now look at me. 🥹

I’m dancing. I’m moving. I’m making memories. I’m learning. I’m growing. I’m surrounded by an amazing community. I’m down 9 pounds, but honestly, the number on the scale is only one small part of what I’ve gained.

I’ve gained confidence, accountability, friendships, energy, and a completely different mindset.

I know I still have a long way to go, but I also know I don’t have to do it alone.

Thank you to the coaches who keep showing up for US and reminding us that we’re capable of more than we think we are. 🩷

I wouldn’t be doing all of this without you @sagaciousowl84 @coach_jess.roy . And I’m so incredibly grateful that I said YES to this journey. 🥰

Here’s to everything that’s still ahead! 🩷✨

💕 Friday Night Dance Fit 💕

Friday nights just hit different when you’re surrounded by women who are ready to laugh, dance, sweat, and have a GOOD time! 💃🩷

Tonight was all about dancing, moving our bodies, letting loose, and enjoying the incredible community we’ve built together. There’s something pretty special about walking into a room with a bunch of people and leaving with even more smiles, memories, and energy. 🥰

I’m so grateful for this group and for the women who continue to show up, encourage each other, and make fitness FUN!

This is what taking care of yourself looks like for me — movement, community, laughter, and making memories along the way. 🩷

Here’s to another Friday night of dancing our way into the weekend! 💃🎶✨To the best dance coaches ever thank you, y’all rock @allisonfreigi @taticka27!!! Everyone at #40minutefit @40minutefit is amazing! Wonderful coaches that I wouldn’t be doing this if it weren’t for them! Much love @sagaciousowl84 @coach_jess.roy! 🩷
Hit them up to join in the fun with us.
