💥 Client Spotlight: Ryan’s Journey 💥

“When I walked into the gym, I was around 325–330 lbs. I couldn’t even do a burpee—I was doing up-downs instead. I could barely run 200m without stopping. Fast forward to now… I just ran a mile in 6:15. 😮‍💨”

Ryan’s journey is more than just weight loss (though, wow—over 100 lbs down!)—it’s about self-discovery, healing, and strength from the inside out.

“CrossFit didn’t just help me get fit—it helped me tune in to myself. After losing that first 100 lbs, I ended up discovering a long-undiagnosed B12, folate, and iron deficiency I had been living with for 17 years.”

This is why we do what we do. Not just for the transformations, but for the awakening that happens when people start moving, pushing, and believing.

Ryan—we’re proud to be part of your journey.
