No better way to kick off BE-NU Fitness than having my brother from another mother (and 82nd Airborne veteran) fly our very first flag. 🪂 At BE-NU, we live by one rule: Be made new by the attitude of your mind. True strength starts in the mind, and just like the phoenix, we are here to help you rise. The countdown to opening day is officially on! We are rewarding our early community with exclusive founding members pricing. Spaces are limited for this tier, so lock in your early-bird rate today. 🇺🇸🦅 DM to reserve your spot.. #BENUFitness #GymOpening #MindsetIsEverything #82ndAirborne #FoundingMember

Still a work in progress, but we are getting closer every single day! Today was all about the details—hanging flags and banners, sanding the bag rack and getting that second coat of paint on, and doing endless touch-ups. 🔨🎨 A massive shoutout to everyone who showed up to lend a hand. But the biggest thank you goes to my 18-year-old son, @kreamthesecond I made him the site foreman, and he has been working his absolute butt off leading the charge and doing everything that needs to be done. So proud of him and grateful for this crew. The grind continues, but we’re building something special! 🚀💪 #ProudParent #GymBuild #UnderConstruction #HardWork #FamilyBusiness

🔥 BUILDING BE-NU FROM THE GROUND UP 🔥 A little behind the scenes of what it really looks like bringing this vision to life. 💪🏽 Sanding. Priming. Painting. Building. Sweating. 😅 And doing as much of it ourselves as we can. This bag rack started as an idea, and now we’re watching it become the centerpiece of our gym. 🥊🔥 Every coat of paint, every bolt, every late night is one step closer to opening those doors. We’re not just building a gym. We’re building OUR gym. We’re building BE-NU. 🐦‍🔥 Be Disciplined. Be Determined. Be Triumphant. The transformation is coming… 👀🔥 🐦‍🔥 FOUNDING MEMBERSHIPS ARE STILL AVAILABLE! Want to be part of BE-NU from the beginning? DM us “FOUNDING” to claim your spot! 🔥💪🏽 #VirginiaBeachFitness #VirginiaBeachGym #Gymbuild
