📢 FALL IN LOVE WITH THE WORK!

Western Kentucky Head Coach Marc Rardin has a message for players who want to separate themselves: You have to love the work as much as—or more than—you love playing the game.

When others take time off, keep working. When others get comfortable, keep improving.

Because the better you become, the more you’ll enjoy playing the game.

⛔️Don’t just put in the work when everyone else does.
✅Put in the work when they don’t. THAT’S how you separate yourself.

BE WHERE YOUR FEET ARE.

The biggest moments in baseball demand one thing: BE PRESENT.

Forget the last pitch. Don’t worry about the next inning. Lock in on the moment right in front of you.

The players who thrive under pressure are the ones who embrace it

This is a great quote by Jake Bauers

How important is the mental side of baseball? 👀👇

Strength and speed are separators in college baseball. They’re areas you can start improving TODAY to give yourself an edge.

Already lifting and training? Take it to the next level. Be intentional. Be consistent. Keep getting better.

⚾ Nobody is ever going to tell you that you’re TOO STRONG to play baseball.

Stop waiting. Start working. Your future self will thank you.

🚨 PLAYING COLLEGE BASEBALL IS A PRIVILEGE. DON’T TAKE IT FOR GRANTED.

“If you’re getting recruited by anybody, you are in the vast minority.” — Patrick Robey, Head Coach at Belhaven University.

Too many players lose sight of how special this opportunity really is.

If a college coach is recruiting you, you’ve already accomplished something most high school athletes never will.

Whether it’s D1, D2, D3, NAIA, or JUCO, embrace the opportunity. Respect the process, appreciate the coaches investing in you, and never take for granted the chance to compete at the next level.

👉 Be grateful. Stay humble. Keep working. Make the most of your opportunity.

IT TAKES WHAT IT TAKES— NICK SABAN 🗣️

Everybody wants to play at the next level.

Everybody wants to be in the starting lineup.

Everybody wants to win championships.

But are you willing to do what it actually takes?

The early mornings. The extra reps. The sacrifices. The days nobody is watching.

You don’t get to negotiate what success requires.

PLAYERS: Are you willing to do what it takes, even when nobody is watching?

💪 IN-SEASON IS NO EXCUSE.

Florida Atlantic Head Coach John McCormack delivers a message every serious athlete needs to hear.

If you’re committed to becoming stronger and faster, you’ll find a way to train - even during the season.

👉 Being in-season isn’t an excuse to stop developing. The weight room, strength, and speed work are still part of becoming the player you want to be.

🔥 The number one separator in athletics? Your commitment to getting better when others stop.

Don’t just maintain. Keep developing.

📢 PLAYERS: DON’T OVERLOOK D3 BASEBALL.

Division III has great coaches, great programs, great academic opportunities—and most importantly, great baseball.

Coach John Harvell of Christopher Newport University has had Division I players tell him, “I wish I would have come here first.”

👉 Why? Because at the right D3 program, you can play, compete, develop, and win against high-level competition.

Don’t get caught up in the label.

Open your eyes. Find the right fit. The baseball is legit.
