To be honest, I wasn’t looking forward to this one. When sleep’s been shite, training is usually the last thing I feel like doing 😂

But you’re always in a better mood once you’ve trained. And surprisingly, it was actually a flyer of a session 💪

Crazy couple of days. Can’t begin to start by thanking everyone that’s been a part of this year that’s led up to this. If you know me you know how much this weekend meant to me and how much of a slog it’s all been. My first diet and first bodybuilding prep done. Helped by the best and done to my best. Couldn’t ask for much more than that.

@coachbillywright can’t thank you enough for what you have done and wouldn’t have rather had the opportunity shared with any other coach. Immaculate job.

@aanna_abbasi don’t know where to start with you. My actual rock. Thank you for everything. I love you so so much.

@samlaveryy thankyou for being the best tanner ever and amazing support. @smoney.fit @george.bfit Thankyou to the chuckle brothers for being there every step this weekend and the rest.

Current look with a nice little food bump this week. 👌

I’m managing to take some form of progression every session at the moment whether that’s more weight, extra reps or better execution.

I know I can’t guarantee progression every single session further down the line but it’s nice while it lasts. 😂

Just enjoying the process and seeing where we can take it.
