David Lopez 🔥

Lopez came to me as an athlete contemplating his baseball career, he was struggling with command and arm pain.

Lopez has been hammering away at his remote program, constantly sending videos and asking questions daily.

David has hammered out his program daily, with a new mechanical sequence catered to his strengths, he’s now throwing pain free. Special shoutout to Saint Elizabeth Coaching staff for helping him along his way as well.

Remote programs work when you have an Athlete that is dedicated to improving.

David will continue to improve and he has big things in his future!

If interested in training with me, shoot me a DM to discuss all training options.

The best revenge is success 💯🗣️
My guy Sam finished up sophomore season on a high note!
Last 34 ABs finished hitting .382 with 13 hits, 5 doubles, 2 HRs 11RBI’s, helping the Eagles towards the end of their season.
Looking forward to his Junior Szn! 🔥🫡
