To build muscle ( especially at 61) you need to lift tons of weight!!!

Love preparing for my big Bench Press Session tommorow by PULLING today!!

135x10. 185x 10 205 x 10 235x10( 5 sets ) paired with Lat Pull-down 100x10 110x10 120x10( 5 sets)

Only 2 big moves and got a great pump and weight was enough to get me working hard with any risk of injury!!

Narrow sumo for the win!!

I officially accept my nomination from TEAM USA to Compete in the ( NAPF) Pan Am Games in Costa Rica October 29.

Blessed to be a part of the @powerlifting_america Bench Press Team and going after official @theipf M3 World Record (83kg)

Love being a part of this international community where integrity and the love of healthy competition are observed!

I love doing the @wada_ama ADEL online course which reminds me why I chose clean competition back in the 80s with the ADFPA.

An athletes focus on task can be taught through repetition!!

Developing your game face and mental performance comes !!

So when you Lift your intent should be on being explosive with Control and technique .... ( having a good coach with REAL experience under super heavy loads is a key)

I'm in the toughest battle of my life right now against visceral fat....

I've lost an inch on my waist and 7 lbs of fat since Jan....

Still have another 7 to go.....

Walking after lifting TONS of weight helps recovery.... helps fat loss.... helps your cellular powerhouse ( mitochondria ) function better folks....

One of the keys to having good sun skill is not to Burn...15-20 min good for me....
