Always blessed to work at my two favorite places 🤩

I know I post a lot about FS8 & F45 but taking my first FS8 class 2 years ago truly changed my life. Since being apart of this community I have met the most wonderful people that push me every day to be better. I have grown so much not only physically but mentally as well. The confidence I have gained is something I will be forever thankful for. I am so grateful to be able to coach others and create the positive environment that has helped heal me in so many ways. It really is a full circle moment!!

Thank you to all the incredible coaches who have made it possible and opened doors for me I never could have imagined myself reaching. The friendships I have made with each coach is something I cherish so much. And a HUGE thank you to all the beautiful members who continue to come in every day with a smile on their face, ready to work and make themselves better. Being able to connect with you is the biggest highlight of what I do. Your positivity and drive truly inspires me to always to do better, be better, and work harder. You’ve coached me just as much as I coach you!
