OTF Coach #833 @coachderrickotf @orangetheorycutlerbay
Coach Derrick and I go waaayyy back (to Friday 🤪) and glad I was able to catch him under the Orange lights this morning as he was Fantastic on the mic 🎤 for this packed 2G, 1st class of the day👏
He had a ton of Energy, very much needed for me this morning, since I had to drive 1.5 hrs just to get to the studio 😆
He did a great job keeping us on track on the treads, great demos and 🧡🧡🧡 watching as he was helping peeps on the floor with their form too 👏👏👏
GREAT Class 🧡
💥 900+ calories 🔥 with 12 Splats 🧡
Great meeting @gusreyesjr Friday at convention and much of his team as they were just chilin' before my members workout, and they were impressed with my OTF Journey and promised to be at the studio this morning...either partied too much last night 🤔 or just that it was a packed class and no spots available ... either way, thank you so much for the swag🧡
Absolutely 🧡LOVE🧡 the Hell Week hat
@yesxniaa working the desk was Extremely nice as well 😀

OTF Foundations workout started with timed intervals on the treads. Focusing on increasing speeds as the durations got shorter each part. Finally, we had fundamental and alternating exercises on the floor building strength 💪🏽

Thank you, @bryannamor_ for an amazing class🔥

Coaching isn’t just about the workout — it’s about pushing people past what they thought was possible. Every cue, every rep, every drop of effort adds up. 🔥 #FitnessCoach #Orangetheory #StrengthTraining #WorkoutMotivation

Chest and Tri Push Day💪🏽

Keeping the weight heavy and pushing for extra reps each week. Sticking to heavy hypertrophy work—same weight, more reps each week

This week’s leg day hit different 💥
Barbell squats, reverse lunges, and trap bar deadlifts made up the core of the workout. I paired the trap bar pulls with box jumps—progressively increasing both height and weight.
Moving your body through dynamic movement is key to muscle growth. Keep it strong, keep it explosive. 👣🔥

DB Glute Bridges — 12/10/8 rep scheme for this block. In this class, we focused on strength, increasing the weight each round. We added a resistance band for extra challenge and finished each round with a burnout after the last rep🔥
