LOGAN DUKE. One of the most mature middle school boys you’ll meet… which can be hard to come by 😂

Logan takes DEDICATION to another level.

All summer, Logan would spend HOURS outside at football practice in 90+ degree heat… then hop on his bike, ride to ETS, and get another workout in.

No excuses. He just shows up and WORKS.

And that consistency is paying off.

Logan recently improved his IMTP Peak Force from:

📈 1,855 N → 2,127 N
📈 +14.7% increase in Peak Force (Lower Body Strength)

But as proud as we are of the physical progress, that’s not what makes Logan special.

Logan is coachable, brings great energy, and has become a LEADER within our four walls. He doesn’t just work hard himself, he pushes the athletes around him to be better too.

We could not be more blessed to have the opportunity to serve Logan and be a part of his journey.

Keep setting the standard, Logan. We can’t wait to see where your work takes you!

Quinn Antonucci has been one of our OG Speed Plus athletes, and it has been AWESOME watching her earn her way into Total Performance class!

Quinn started with us learning how to move, building a foundation, and mastering the basics. But the biggest reason she was ready to take that next step? She was COACHABLE.

Since transitioning into her own personalized program, she has continued to DOMINATE. We haven’t needed anything crazy. We have continued to master the basics and slowly progress.

Quinn is pushing over 400 LBS on the sled and making GREAT progress toward her first pull-up 👀 Keep an eye out, because that one is coming soon!

As Quinn heads into middle school and eventually high school, we are excited to see where her volleyball career takes her. With her work ethic, consistency, and willingness to be coached, the sky is the limit.

We appreciate the hard work and ENERGY you bring into ETS every week, Quinn!

Keep crushing it! 💪

🔥 WE DON’T JUST COACH IT. WE LIVE IT.

At ETS Novi, we believe great coaching starts with leading by example.

We hold our athletes to high standards of effort, discipline, consistency, and accountability. As coaches, it’s important that we hold ourselves to those same standards.

💪 We train because we believe in practicing what we preach. We challenge ourselves, test our abilities, and continue learning through firsthand experience to become better coaches for our athletes.

We’ve been in their shoes. We understand what it takes to push through challenging sessions, overcome adversity, and show up even when motivation isn’t there.

Beyond training, we recognize our responsibility as role models. The habits we build, the character we demonstrate, and the standards we uphold should reflect the values we work to instill in our athletes.

📈 We don’t ask our athletes to do anything we aren’t willing to do ourselves.

Because coaching is about more than building bigger, faster, and stronger athletes. It’s about developing habits and character that carry over far beyond the weight room.

Happy National Coaches Day! 👊

We’re grateful to work alongside coaches who raise the bar and hold one another to a standard of excellence. The work we do at ETS wouldn’t be possible without coaches who genuinely care about their athletes, hold them accountable, and bring energy into the building every day.

We’re also incredibly thankful for the coaches who have invested in us and helped shape the people and coaches we are today. None of us got here alone.

Lastly, thank you to the school, club, and youth sports coaches who pour so much time and energy into our athletes. We’re grateful for the opportunity to work alongside you and play a small role in helping young athletes grow—both in their sport and as people.

Here’s to all the coaches making an impact! 💪

‌ “Confidence comes from preparation.” - Kobe Bryant

Confidence isn’t something you magically find when the lights come on.

It’s built.

Through workouts. Extra reps. The days you’re tired but still show up. Consistently doing the little things right.

Every time you prepare, you give yourself another reason to believe in what you’re capable of.

So when your opportunity comes, you don’t have to hope you’re ready.

You KNOW you’re ready because you’ve put in the work.

#WhyWednesday

You don’t have to have your best day every day.

You just have to keep showing up. 💪

Every practice. Every workout. Every rep. It all adds up.

Build good habits now. Stay consistent. Remember WHY you started.

Small steps ➡️ Big results.

Keep showing up. Keep getting better. 📈

An OG at ETS Novi, Blayse Pieczynski!

Being in season doesn’t mean development has to stop! 📈

Blayse has continued to consistently train at ETS throughout his football season, balancing practices, games, school, recovery, and training while continuing to make some awesome progress.

His recent testing showed a 12% improvement in jump height‼️

And he’s doing it all at just 11 years old while competing in season!

The numbers are awesome, but what we’re most excited about are the habits Blayse is building at such a young age.

Learning to consistently train, recover, and take care of your body during a competitive season creates a foundation that can benefit an athlete for years to come. In season training is about finding the right amount of quality work to stay strong, explosive, healthy, and continue developing.

Keep it rolling, Blayse 💪

🚨 ATHLETES: A STRONG CORE IS MORE THAN JUST ABS 🚨

Sprinting. Cutting. Jumping. Throwing. Taking contact. 💥

Your core helps you stay strong and in control through ALL of it.

That’s why we use the Pallof Press. The goal is simple: resist the rotation and OWN your position. 💪

⚡ Hips & shoulders square
⚡ Brace the core
⚡ Press straight out
⚡ Control the resistance
⚡ Master the basics, then EARN the progressions

Build stability. Control movement. Become a stronger athlete. 🎯

Mac started with us over a year ago in our Speed Plus class. Not only has he grown physically, THIS DUDE IS TALL NOW, but we have also watched him grow tremendously as a young man.

Mac dominated Speed Plus for his first three months before earning the move to Total Performance, where he has continued to crush it for the past 9–10 months.

That consistency has led to some awesome improvements:

IMTP Peak Force: 1,404N → 1,884N ⬆️ 34.1%
CMJ Jump Height: 21.9 cm → 30.3cm ⬆️ 38.4% increase
CMJ RSI: 0.23 m/s → 0.40 m/s ⬆️ 73.9%
Fly 10 — 5-Yard Build: 1.729 → 1.513 ⬇️ 12.5%
Fly 10 — 20-Yard Build: 1.481 → 1.384 ⬇️ 6.5%
Pro Agility: 6.447 → 5.073 ⬇️

Through multiple injuries, Mac has never allowed circumstances to become excuses. He continues to set the standard for how we want our athletes to approach every training session: with a positive mindset, coachability, a great work ethic, and the willingness to adjust, keep showing up, and continue stacking progress.

We are proud to be part of Mac’s journey and even more proud of the work he continues to put in. Keep crushing it, Mac!

Finley has been putting in the WORK since March!

After training with our ETS Fox Hills crew throughout the summer, she’s been back at Novi getting AFTER IT every single session — and the results speak for themselves:

IMTP RFD: 1,130 → 2,275 N/s ⬆️ 101%

IMTP Peak Vertical Force: 1,342 → 1,963 N ⬆️ 46%

Fly 10 — 20yd Build: 1.290 → 1.264 sec
2.0% ⬇️

Pro Agility: 4.876 → 4.755 sec
2.5% ⬇️

Finley brings great energy every time she walks through the doors. She works hard, competes, gets better — and has a lot of fun doing it!

She’s also part of an awesome group of JAGS Aspire girls that we’re fortunate to work with.

We’re grateful to be a small part of Finley’s journey as she enters HIGH SCHOOL this year, and we can’t wait to see what’s ahead!

Keep crushing it, Finley! 💪🔥

Shoutout to Sowmika & Aarushi for an awesome summer of training!

These two were as consistent as it gets, showing up 4–5 times every week all summer long without missing a beat.

Every session they came in ready to compete, have fun with each other, and most importantly, put in the work. That type of consistency adds up, and it’s been awesome watching them continue to improve throughout the summer.

Proud of the work you two put in. Keep it rolling! 💪🔥
