Our athletes are showing dedication, high energy, and amazing team chemistry already 🔥 We are so excited for what this season will bring. We cannot wait to see our teams compete in their first tournament next month. ✨ it is a blessing to go from an idea to start a club at the end of June to now having 4 full teams with our amazing community backing us up‼️ cheers to an amazing season 🍀✨

What do you mean your team doesn’t properly warm up before practices and game??

At Angel City Elite, we emphasize that warming up isn’t just something you run through the motions of before practice or a game. It’s a crucial part to your athletes development to becoming stronger and competing safely.

At ACE we strategically create warmups that help increase blood flow, raise muscle temperature, improve mobility, and prepare the body’s connective tissues.
We highly focus on the fascia tissue . It’s one of the most important tissues that helps high level athletes prepare for explosive movements, improve force transfer, better elasticity, flexibility, better body awareness/proprioception, mobility, and most importantly support injury prevention.

we want our athletes to understand that training hard also means taking care of your body. We see far too many athletes deal with preventable injuries, and one of the simplest ways to help prepare the body is by taking the time to warm up properly and progressively.

Built by community. For community.
