FORGOT DAY 9 🤯Recording 3 different days the most challenging machine!

1st: shrugging our shoulders up which closes our back and takes the focus off of our Lats
Fix 1: widen the back and drop those Traps out of the exercise to isolate your back

2nd: we don’t twist at the bottom for the extra range of motion engaging those biceps
Fix 2: twist starting around your head and pull for maximum range of motion

3rd: the grip when extending is not neutral
Fix 3: keep the grip straight in neutral position to avoid using additional muscle groups to pull

4th: yanking at the bottom to pull faster instead of controlling the weight
Fix 4: lower the weight👀 if you feel the need to go as fast as possible on the positive

Fortunately, the way this machine is engineered it’s almost impossible to cheat.

Aside from the normal “cheats” like going too fast on the negative…

1st: The main compensation is using momentum from our hips to drive up the weight.

Fix 1: Lower the weight to something you can control slowly WITHOUT winding up your hips to use momentum.
