A little farmers market shop with my babies 🛒🍓🥩

Choosing fresh, whole foods that nourish our bodies, fuel our energy and help the kids grow strong. It’s not about eating perfectly—it’s about creating healthy habits and teaching them where real food comes from.

Simple ingredients, balanced meals and food our bodies recognise 🤎

It’s a slow burn but I’m so proud! Learning consistency is key 🫶🏼 Now just to get my training in lock 🔒🫪
Why is a normal gym SO daunting to me!? (I’m a group class training girly) 🤣

Showing up as a mum through every tough postpartum season—through the exhaustion, the tears, the healing and the moments I barely recognised myself.

Not perfectly. Not without struggle. But with love, every single day.

Postpartum has taught me that strength doesn’t always look strong. Sometimes, it’s simply getting up and trying again.

Mums are you struggling to prioritise your training and nutrition right now?

for many active women, 1,200 calories isn’t enough to support daily function let alone training, recovery and thriving. if you are chronically under-fuelling and it’s ignored and dieting remains the sole focus, your body begins conserving energy … over time this can contribute to metabolic adaptation, disrupted reproductive and thyroid function, compromised bone health, poorer performance and recovery, and an unhealthy psychological relationship with food. dieting is NOT the end GOAL.

the GOAL is to create a strong, healthy body!! which takes guidance, patience and growth. It’s a lifestyle you learn to love, respect and appreciate even on the days you don’t feel like showing up.

DM “COACHING” for support with nutrition, training and a healthier lifestyle 🙌🏽

I want to be strong.
I want energy.
I want longevity.
I want to nourish my body and protect my health for the years ahead.

I want to show up as the best version of myself for my babies.

Strength training. Good nutrition. Daily movement. Taking care of my mind. Showing up even when life is busy.

REMEMBER:
Strong is feminine
Healthy is beautiful
Longevity is the goal

And I think that’s kinda chic 💛💪🏽

Today marks the beginning of a journey that means so much more to me than simply becoming an online fitness coach.

Coached By Mia Rose was created to support women through all walks and seasons of life — young women needing guidance for a healthier outlook in life, pregnancy and postpartum mums, perimenopause women, motherhood and beyond.

This is a safe space to build strength, confidence and healthier relationships with nutrition, movement and mindset. A community where women feel supported, educated and empowered to create changes that lasts.

My purpose is bigger than transformations you can see. I want to create impact, community and lasting change — helping women feel strong in their bodies, confident in themselves and supported through every season of life.

A lot of love, growth and purpose has led me here.

Welcome to Coached By Mia Rose. 🤎
We’re officially LIVE.
