What if the changes you’re noticing in your face and body aren’t simply because you’re “getting older”? What if supporting your metabolic health + hormones could help you feel more like yourself again? 💫 For me, it looked like: • Puffiness • Cravings that felt impossible to control • Brain fog • Inflammation • Energy that was either ALL over the place—or nowhere to be found • Poor sleep • Stubborn belly weight • Feeling stressed and overwhelmed 24/7 I finally decided to stop accepting it as “just getting older” and start looking deeper. ❤️ What if you could support your body from the inside out? If any of this sounds familiar, comment “SUPPORT” below and I’ll share what I started using. 👇✨ Everyone’s experience is different, and this isn’t medical advice. #WellnessJourney#HealthyHabits#HealthAndWellness#CleanSupplements#Brand partners

Urgent: 21-Year-Old Karate Champion Sasan Azadvar Faces Imminent Execution Sasan Azadvar, a talented 21-year-old karate athlete, is at high risk of execution after Iran’s Supreme Court upheld his death sentence. His life is hanging by a thread, and we must act NOW to save him. The international community must not remain silent while another young life is targeted. We demand the immediate halt of this execution and a fair judicial process. Tomorrow might be too late.
