What a great experience it was, working my second event with @usabyouth this weekend at the Atlanta Coaches Academy! I had a blast reconnecting with the coaches I met last year, as well as meeting new ones, learning more to become the best that I can be for the athletes in my community.

Being part of these events remind you that there is a greater vision for youth basketball…and we’re just getting started making that into a reality!

And thats a wrap on Summer #1 of Pro Skills Basketball Detroit! We took some bumps along the way, but we learned a lot and improved so much by the end of the season.

To close out the Summer, some of the guys from our 7th and 8th grade teams celebrated with a end of the year party. After that, I had the opportunity to attend my first PSB Summit in Denver. The experience was inspiring and empowering!

I’m so grateful for the families who trusted me with their athletes, for all of the lessons learned, and the support I’ve had from my family, coach and the PSB organization.

I’m trying to make an impact on my community and pour into the next generation the same way my AAU coaches invested in me.

We’ll be back in the Fall and I can’t wait for the future of PSB in Detroit. Let’s keep building!!!

GOT EM!

To be fair, we did this in the middle of practice last week as we prepared for Region play, so the guys had to be tired!

Congratulations again, fellas! We appreciate you and your effort!

YEAR 1 COMPLETE. LOCKED IN & GRATEFUL. 🏀🔥

My first year coaching with Pro Skills Basketball was truly special. Thank you to all the parents for trusting me with your kids, and a major shoutout to Coach Dennis and PSB for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to pour into these young athletes.

Watching these boys grow, compete, and buy into the work has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve done. I’m proud of what we built, and even more motivated for what’s next.

Year 2… we’re turning it up another level. Let’s work.💪🏽🔥🏀
