Ladies, I have something NEW I’m really excited to share with you!

Have you been wanting to feel stronger, build muscle, lose body fat, and feel more confident in your body, but you’re not quite sure where to start? Or maybe you know what to do, but you struggle to stay consistent on your own.

I get it! Life after 40 can bring a lot of changes, and sometimes what used to work just doesn’t seem to work the same way anymore.

That’s one of the reasons I’m so excited to bring my new 12-Week Strong + Thriving program to Stillaguamish Athletic Club in Arlington! 💪

This is a small-group experience designed to help women learn how to:

✨ Lose body fat while building lean muscle
✨ Fuel their bodies to support strength and energy
✨ Build habits that actually fit into real life
✨ Feel stronger, more confident, and capable

And you won’t have to figure it all out alone! I’ll be there to coach you, guide you, and help you take the steps that move you toward your goals.

My approach has always been about more than a number on the scale. I want to help women build strength, take care of their health, and discover what their bodies are capable of, one step at a time.

I grew six varieties of apples in my backyard, and had my friends taste every one blind, and let them vote which they thought tasted best!

I was SO sure Honeycrisp would win. It’s the one my kids always rank number 1 every single time. However when doing a blind test with my friends, it wasn’t even close.
The winner? Variety called Akane. A little Japanese apple most people have never heard of. Sweet, tart, perfectly balanced, and now I can’t stop eating them.

Surround yourself by women who invite you in, make room for you, and introduce you to others. Just a few of the inspiring women at 425 Women to Watch event which reminds me that when we connect it creates possibility. When we open doors, make introductions, share opportunities, and make room for one another, we create a ripple that reaches far beyond ourselves and the right people are a magnet to our life. 🧲
