Now that the dust has settled, the reverse is reversing, and the stage photos are in, I’ve finally taken the time to stop and reflect on the season that was.

Bodybuilding is always, and should always be you vs you.

I set out this season with 3 goals.

To have a better prep than I previously ever have, IYKYK.

To beat my last physique.

And to compete in an international show.

I can well and truly say I have ticked all 3 boxes this season. And for that - mission accomplished.

Does a part of me feel unsatisfied and unfinished? Absolutely. But I don’t think you ever reach that level of satisfaction when you’re always striving to be better.

A massive thankyou to my amazing coach @coachjamesmac. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without you.
Thankyou for taking me on when I was a little broken and giving me the guidance and support I needed.
It’s imperative to find a coach that genuinely cares and supports you, and I felt that from the first call with James. And I truly owe my success this season to him. I always wanted to do myself proud, but I felt this sense of wanting to do you proud more, as I represented your name.

So thanks boss man, I’m extremely proud of the athlete I was this season and I hope I did you proud too 🥹

4 weeks into the recovery phase & training is moving well. Focusing on maintaining for a hot min whilst we plan what’s next in terms of pro tours etc etc. kinda wild to say 🥺🤷🏽‍♀️!!!
