The moment I believed sub 3:20 was on I got told I was bang on for the time so knocked the pace down and got down to a comfortable 3:15 marathon pace untill…

The moment my before the injury 10km before I felt amazing, felt great, on for a 3:15 knocking off the paces, banking every km, then all of a sudden 30km my knee gave up and my race was finished 3:20 was gone however still got a pb while being injured 3 minute pb so now going forward we rest recover and go again, just wait for the video of the next plan

Always believe, never give up
