My Grammy passed away before I was even born, but she told my Daddy (Leevan Sr.) that his children’s children would be BLESSED! 🙏🏽❤️ Today, I’m living proof that God’s promises never expire! Generational blessings are REAL, and I’m forever grateful for the prayers and words spoken over my family before I even entered this world. What God has ordained will come to pass! 🙌🏽 All glory to the Most High! #keepgoing #training #coachsands #4xolympian #jumps

About a year ago, I set a goal for myself: TO BREAK 7 MINUTES IN THE MILE. Lastnight, I finally did it… 6:59! 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥 And when I tell you, this was one of the hardest goals I’ve ever achieved! There were days I didn’t feel like running, days my body was tired, and plenty of moments when I questioned myself. But I kept showing up. ONE SECOND under 7 minutes! Can’t talk to me! 😂 This reminded me that goals don’t happen overnight. They happen through consistency, discipline, patience, and refusing to quit when things get hard. Keep setting goals for yourself. Keep challenging yourself. And most importantly, keep going until you achieve them! ZERO EXCUSES. ONLY RESULTS.

He has competed in multiple world championships and earned a bronze medal in the triple jump at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China.
