Today felt like my *official* first day in the tech industry 🌍 The @siftedeu Sifted Summit in London was rocking, with thousands of people, from start-ups to investors, angels, and advisors. While it’s always daunting vacating a space you know and entering a new territory, the environment was dynamic, innovative, and creative. So funnily enough, as a former advertising leader, I felt right at home. I have a newfound respect for those building businesses in a tough economic climate. But, it’s in these moments where innovation thrives. It demands a deep belief in what you’re doing and the tenacity to keep going when you’re sailing in the storm. What energized me so much was the opportunity to be a beginner again. To learn new things, meet new people and to have fresh, elevated conversations. Looking forward to day 2 tomorrow 🚀

When I first started it the industry 10 years ago I’d say I made female clients health worse just as often as I made it better 😅 A 50/50 likelihood of a positive outcome isn’t acceptable to I started looking in why my approach was often making women more inflamed, more stressed, worsen relationship with food, increased PMS etc etc Learning to work with, rather than against women’s unique physiology is the key to making health better with your approach to their coaching. However whilst good coaching is a great investment, it’s not feasible for everyone. We have a solution to this coming soon! If you’ve got a story about how starting a health and fitness plan actually made your health worse, I’d love to hear it ⬇️🙏🏻 So we can all learn from our previous pitfalls

That was cool 🤝🫶 Thank you to everyone who made this weekend so special with all the new friends, fun and laughs. A special thank you to @healthbyholly__ who spent more time on the train to and from London before a family lunch, just to be involved. When we first met you’d only just started coaching, now look at you. I’m so proud to work with you and lucky to call you a friend. I can’t wait to show you that monetarily, rather than just with words when your equity becomes worth something and we sell. Until then, let’s keep changing life’s together. @dannibosworth the most wonderful human, coach and educator I know. I love seeing what you and @charlypfit are doing for this industry with the @theflourishing.society Your clients are the luckiest to have you and I’m so grateful too. If you came all the way from Worthing, I’m so so grateful for you. Doing fitness with my friends is the best feeling ever. Can’t wait to spend a lifetime more doing it. Andy at @gymnation.uk for being so welcoming and accommodating into his home. @george_cooper96 for always grabbing the important moments, I can’t wait to see the video! Shall we do another one?

It’s time to start the conversation 🤝 85% of women don’t feel like the can talk about health in the workplace. However when we spoke to many managers, they told me it’s not that they don’t want to support women’s health in the workplace, they just don’t know how and they are scared of getting it wrong. As amazing as magnesium, CBD, electrolytes, curcumin and some other products are… We aren’t saying these will fix women’s health, But what the box does alongside an educational talk is start to open up the conversation. It allows us to reach women and give them access to our educational community, podcast, network and events, Now, that CAN change women’s health 🙌 If you’d like a free women’s wellness talk + WorkPlace Buddy Box in your company drop me a message ✅ 🎥 @huntvisuals__ Product shoot, podcast and events - @dreamfactoryldn
