At Pro Training, we believe consistency, commitment, and hard work are the foundation of athletic development. That’s why we’re excited to introduce PROfect Your Game Club, a program designed to recognize and reward athletes who consistently invest in their development. How It Works Athletes who complete at least 12 semi-private training sessions within a calendar month will qualify to receive a $25 gift card to one of our participating locations. Program Requirements: • Athletes must check in and attend a minimum of 12 semi-private training sessions per calendar month. • Only completed sessions with a recorded check-in will count toward the monthly requirement.(if you no-show a workout it doesn’t count) • Athletes who meet the 12-session requirement will earn one $25 gift card for that month. • Eligibility resets at the beginning of each month, giving every athlete a new opportunity to earn rewards. Your Commitment. Your Development. Your Reward. Our goal is simple: encourage athletes to build consistent training habits, take ownership of their development, and recognize the work they put in. Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work. Keep getting better. Profect Your Game. Pro Training Basketball #ProTraining #Sports #basketball #ProfectYourGame

A lot kids struggle making passes because they have never been taught to pass. A lot of kids can’t get open because they haven’t been taught how to get open. At Pro we value the little things. Every can’t be a star but everyone can sta in their role. #ProTraining #Sports #basketball #ProfectYourGame

A BETTER PRO TRAINING EXPERIENCE IS COMING. We’re making some big changes behind the scenes at Pro Training. We are officially transitioning from Mindbody to PushPress and launching our new Pro Training App. The goal is simple: make training at Pro easier for our athletes and families. With the new app, you’ll be able to schedule basketball and strength sessions, purchase and manage packages, track remaining sessions, manage multiple athletes, receive important updates, and manage your account — all in one place. CURRENT PRO FAMILIES: Your active packages, memberships, and remaining sessions will be transferred over. Please do not create a new account yet. Wait until you receive your activation email from PushPress so we can make sure everything transfers correctly. Our target completion date is October 1st. Swipe through the carousel for everything you need to know about the transition. We’ll also be posting tutorials to help everyone get comfortable with the new system. Same coaches. Same commitment. A better Pro Training experience. PLAY | TRAIN | GROW | BELONG #ProTrainingBasketball #ProfectYourGame #BasketballTraining #StrengthTraining #AthleteDevelopment

GO SAINTS! ❤️🐶 I am extremely excited to announce that I have committed to D’Youville University to continue my academic and athletic career playing Division II basketball! I am so grateful for this opportunity and for everyone who has supported me throughout this journey. I am especially thankful for my mom, dad, family, and friends for always supporting me and believing in me. I would also like to thank Coach Rod, Coach Breon, Coach Bradt, Coach Adam and everyone in the Xgen family for all of the training, support, and life lessons they have given me that have helped me grow both on and off the court. Thank you to Coach Broderick and the entire D’Youville coaching staff for believing in me and giving me this opportunity. I am so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to get started! #committed #gosaints
