One last game.
One last set of memories.
One last time to be on the field. ❤️🏈

I hope tonight you soak in every single second. The lights, the cheers, the friendships, the laughter, and all the little moments you don’t realize you’ll miss until they’re gone.

More than anything, I hope you walk off that field knowing you gave this chapter of your life everything you had. I hope you carry the memories, the lessons, and the friendships with you wherever life takes you.

And I hope you always remember that while this may be your last time cheering on this field, I’ll spend the rest of my life cheering for you.

So proud of the young woman you’re becoming. I pray the chapters ahead are even more beautiful than the ones you’re leaving behind. 🥹

🚨🇺🇸 THIS THURSDAY!!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE COME SUPPORT TREVOR! 🇺🇸❤️

I know this is VERY last minute, but I am asking from the bottom of my mama heart for everyone to please come out and help us celebrate my boy before he leaves! 🥹❤️

Trevor officially leaves October 27th for UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS BOOT CAMP! 🇺🇸

That’s just a few days away, and I don’t think my heart has fully processed it yet.

As his mom, I am experiencing every emotion imaginable. I am SO incredibly proud of the young man he is becoming, the courage it takes to make this decision, and the commitment he is making. But at the same time, knowing I am about to hug my son goodbye as he heads off to begin this journey is something I can’t quite put into words.

THIS THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22ND, we are throwing Trevor a going-away party, and I am BEGGING you to come show him some love!

🇺🇸 THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22ND
⏰ 5:00 PM
📍 BAM FITNESS
832 N Eastern Ave.
Connersville, IN

Please, please, PLEASE come! Even if it’s only for five minutes.

Come give him a hug. Shake his hand. Tell him you’re proud of him. Pray over him. Encourage him.

Because on October 27th, he leaves for boot camp, and his life is about to change in ways we can’t even imagine.

I want him to leave knowing that he has an entire community behind him. That he is loved. That he is supported. And that there are so many people who believe in him.

I know everyone has busy schedules, and I know this is short notice, but this would mean absolutely EVERYTHING to our family.

Let’s fill that gym with people who love Trevor and give him one last unforgettable celebration before he begins this next chapter. ❤️

PLEASE SHARE THIS! PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD! AND PLEASE COME THURSDAY!

One proud mama, one brave young man, and a whole lot of emotions. 🥹❤️🤍💙

October 22nd at 5 PM. Let’s show up for Trevor! 🇺🇸

October you are bittersweet as the leaves fall and the crisp air hits I am reminded that nothing stays the same and life continues to move at a very fast pace.
My heart is overjoyed getting to see them grow but sad that in just a very short amount of time life as we know it will be completely different.
Oh October stay just a little longer so my heart can learn to let go 💔

LINDSEY JUST SMASHED MY DEADLIFT RECORD!! 💪🏼🔥

And I could not be more proud!

But here’s the thing… it wasn’t just her deadlift. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF HER LIFTS WAS INCREDIBLE! She showed up, gave it everything she had, and walked away breaking MULTIPLE records! Watching her strength, determination, and confidence shine through every lift was something I will never forget.

Lindsey and I have been doing this together for YEARS. Through different seasons of life, countless workouts, hard days, good days, and everything in between.

Being one of her coaches has been such an honor, but being her FRIEND and getting a front-row seat to her growth makes moments like this mean so much more.

As a coach, you hope to see your athletes accomplish things they once thought were impossible. You want them to become stronger, more confident, and eventually surpass you. And when that athlete is also your friend, those victories feel a little more personal. ❤️

Lindsey, I hope you know how incredibly proud I am of you. Not just because of the records you broke or the weight you lifted, but because of the woman you are and the years of work, dedication, and heart behind those moments.

Records are meant to be broken, and I couldn’t think of a better person to break mine. 🥹

What a privilege it is to coach someone you believe in, but what an even bigger blessing it is to watch your FRIEND achieve her goals.

I love you, friend! Now that you’ve gone out there and absolutely SMASHED MY DEADLIFT IN THE GROUND…..

NEXT UP… LET’S PLAY SOME SOCCER TOGETHER! ⚽️😂❤️

One of the greatest blessings in my life is knowing my son has you. ❤️

Life isn’t always easy, and none of us get everything right, but I am so thankful he has a man who continues to show up, love him, guide him, and stand beside him through it all.

There is something so special about watching the man you love be a father to the son you love more than words can explain.

Thank you for being his dad, for loving him through every season, and for never giving up on him.

I pray our son always knows just how blessed he is to have you. And I hope you know how blessed I feel to have you both. ❤️

Thank you for continuing to always show up no matter how hard it is, or how late it is you never stop showing up thank you again 🩵

We all love you!
