We know we “NEED to” to do them but have you ever wondered when they will start to show benefits? New research tells us that some women can report symptom change after 4 weeks of pelvic floor muscle re-training. However, individualized programs & exercise consistency is key to supporting these results. If you are suffering from stress urinary incontinence an assessment from a Pelvic Health physio is essential. Reach out if you have any questions

For Neha, the goal was to become the healthiest and strongest version of herself by her birthday, not only for herself, but to set the best possible example for her kids too. The result we achieved was just that. Just under 25lbs lost, muscle gained, a HYROX completed, healthier habits built, and a mindset focused on longevity, confidence, and feeling good inside and out. The photoshoot was simply there to capture the hard work 🕺🏻

When pelvic floor exercises are NOT the answer ❌ It's not everyday you hear that but it's true, pelvic floor exercises may not be what's right for you, especially if you have a tighter pelvic floor. A pelvic health physio can help figure out what your pelvic floor is doing—and guide you with the right exercises. #jointdynamics #jointdynamicsevolve #pelvicfloor #kegels
