Walking into today's Breast Cancer Awareness event with so much gratitude in my heart! 💗✨ There's something so beautiful about walking into a room full of purpose — lovely souls, warm hugs, familiar faces and new connections. Catching up, laughing, sharing, and all for one powerful cause. We came to create awareness, but we left with so much more — sisterhood, hope, and a renewed commitment to check on ourselves and check on each other. Because breast cancer awareness is not just a talk, it's love in action. Thank you to everyone who made today so warm and meaningful. You made me feel seen, heard and loved. Let's keep the conversation going. Early check saves lives. #BreastCancerAwareness #PinkOctober #CommunityOverCompetition #GratefulHeart

What an afternoon! Honored to share a platform with Coach Roziaane & Coach Rosedee talking Breast Cancer Awareness — early detection & real support. As a coach, it was about listening as much as speaking. Awareness saves lives. My takeaway: You are your circle. Today I was surrounded by women who make me become. Thank you for the sisterhood. Let's keep checking, talking & supporting. To every woman: Please screen early. To those fighting: You are not alone. 💗

Church and business don't compete, they complete each other. Over the years, I’ve had the honour of speaking, training and moderating church-based business conferences, each one reminds me why these spaces matter - you discover that calling doesn’t end at the altar, it continues in the marketplace. These forums create a rare environment where faith shapes leadership values, business skills are sharpened with purpose, wealth is discussed with responsibility and success is framed as service. Deutoronomy 8:18 - Remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you the ability to produce wealth.

This trailer is a quick dose of UNFILTERED TRUTH! We’ve tackled the real talk every mom needs to hear: THE PRESSURE: Why we need to stop striving for the “perfect” mom checklist (spotless house, being instantly “sexy,” barely sleeping). Who told us this was normal?! THE SPECTRUM: Getting real about the difference between the postpartum blues, depression, and psychosis with Dr. Claire Kinuthia. THE WELLNESS SHIFT: Moving beyond crash diets and the quest to be “skinny” to embrace true, sustainable family wellness with Coach Rosanne. THE INTIMACY QUESTION: The medical facts about sex in pregnancy and how to connect with your partner when you’re just not feeling it. Which episode was YOUR favorite? Let us know in the comments! 👇 If you missed any of these powerful conversations, hit the link in bio to catch up now! I started "For Mannerless Women" to craft a space where we live free from shame. Season 2 gave us powerful lessons, from Felgonah to Apondi, reminding us that we can rebuild, redefine, and reclaim our stories. Now as we begin Season 3, I need you: 👉🏾 Tag the mannerless women you want to see on the show. 👉🏾 Or mannerlessly nominate yourself. Let’s keep building a generation of shame-free women, together. #ForMannerlessWomen #LegallyClueless #AfricanWomen

In late 2023, I attended an event hosted by @ciikuwasoxxy where I heard Coach Hannah Githuki @hannah_githuki speak. The moment she stepped on stage, I felt her power. Her words cut through the noise, and I promised myself that one day, I would sit down with her for a coaching session. Fast forward to last year, Q1 had me so drained. My performance wasn’t where I wanted it to be, and deep down, I just needed a jolt, a safe space to think, to be seen, and to be challenged. That’s when I remembered my mental note and booked my first coaching session with Coach Hannah. On April 3rd, for 1 and a half hours, I sat across one of the most brilliant minds I’ve ever encountered. By the time I walked out of that boardroom, I wasn’t the same. I had fire in my spirit again. I had bounce, clarity, and courage to tackle the rest of the year. And by the end of 2024, the results spoke for themselves: Number 1 in medical insurance in the country and number 4 in life insurance, a huge leap from the year before. This past Saturday, I had the honour of celebrating Coach Hannah at the Beyond the Brand podcast watch party. The room was electric, from Pastor Pete Odera, to @coachroseanne to young talent like @tracywaithera to the soul stirring voice of @collobondo (give him a GRAMMY already 🎶), and of course my favourite couple @ciikuwasoxxy & @djsoxxy who always leave me inspired. Coach Hannah is not just a coach; she is a force. A QUEEN 👑. If you are serious about building your brand and unlocking your next level, please, run to YouTube and subscribe to hannah_githuki. You’ll thank me later, just like I’m forever thankful I made that choice.

How many times have you told yourself at 1am, “Tomorrow I’m changing everything” only to burn out the next day? 😩💭 On #ForMannerlessWomen, @coachroseanne reminds us: lasting change isn’t about overhauls. It’s about small, consistent steps that rewire the brain and build confidence. Sis, you don’t have to do it all at once. Start small. Stay steady. That’s how freedom is built. 👉 Watch the full conversation now on our YouTube #LegallyClueless #AfricanWomen
