FEARLESS 4.0 RETREAT 🥰

Such a beautiful space where a group of like minded women came together to work through their shit. To work through the things that have been holding us back.

In a safe environment we were challenged to move into the resistance, into the uncomfortable and to remind ourselves of our little child that lives within us.

Here are some take away lessons that will stick with me:

Thank you just doesn’t cut it, what @lannavogele provided for us was not only life-changing but powerful. While she held the space we were able to use her tools to go deep and start to heal our deepest wounds.

To the other beautiful women, thank you for making the space safe and welcoming, without you guys the experience would not have been the same.

Anyone wanting to get their life back on track and fix their mindset, Lanna is your person.

It’s hard to encapsulate the power of bringing women together in one room.

& truely you just had to be in it to really feel it.

Being able to connect deeper to self and others, than ever before, releasing suppressed emotions and learning HOW to step into their most empowered, confident and sexy selves yet.

Whilst unconsciously healing sisterhood wounds.

Getting myself in these kind of rooms changed my entire life.

Because it’s one thing to heal on your own, in your own space, with no one else surrounding you to act as your mirrors.

Healing in that sense can be simple as fuck.

When you do it in a space where you’re allowing yourself to be seen, to be triggered, to have your blindspots clearly reflected back to you.

It’s a whole other ball game, & whilst it can seem confronting, it allows you to move through things 10x quicker. To see the shit you’ve been turning a blind eye too, to feel seen, to finally see that you’re NOT alone in your shit.

These spaces have been the catalyst for my growth.

& now I run them for women just like YOU so that they can be your catalyst into your next level self too.

In person events transformed me from being scared to step foot into the rooms to now saying yes before i even know what’s involved 🩷🤣

One of the best things i have done for myself was starting to say YES to attending more in person events and putting myself in the room!!!

This year i have been to 5 in person events, hosted one of my own, about to host another and attend more before the year is over

I have fallen in love with the process and how much you can benefit from different events you go to

Yes you might walk into the room feeling shit scared about attending an event where you don’t know anyone! But you will walk out of that room on cloud 9 absolutely feeling yourself and so proud for getting out of your comfort zone

You get to interact with likeminded women who are going through similar journeys as you

You get to develop deep relationships even faster by stepping outside of your comfort zones together

You get to learn so much about yourself and what you value

In person events are truly such a transformative space and something you need to stop sleeping on!!

The most beautiful, emotional and powerful experience we got to witness at REIGNITE 😭

This was our visualisation process that allowed the women to FEEL their limitations & beliefs that had previously been holding them back.

Then taking them with them into the future to see just how much weight it has on them, for them to finally make that decisions then and there of…

WHAT DO I NEED TO LEAVE IN THE PAST.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SHIFT.

WHAT AM I READY TO LET GO OF.

& then they were ready to move on, move forward with a CLEAR vision.

This process alone was life changing for so many of the women there on the day, that along with the other processes we took them through, it was truely a recipe for rapid growth, change and clarity of their big futures 😮‍💨🌶️

MELBOURNE YOU WERE INCREDIBLE 🌶️✨

Yesterday I facilitated breathwork for 30 women with the assistance of my team!

I am so so proud of each and every single person who attended yesterday.

Watching these women take themselves there and allow themselves space to let go and release was truly magical ⚡️

As I was facilitating yesterday, a drop in came in of, this mission is so much bigger than me and I’m so grateful that I am apart of this world size mission 🌍🥹

I want to thank all of the humans who attended yesterday and allowed themselves to be seen and heard ❤️
