I wanted you spend some time with my girLS this weekend, so I organized a spooky bar crawl to show them my love for a themed pop bar experience.

We went to 3 spots but only 2 stood out.

Special thanks to @holston_house_nashville for the love, service & treats for my birthday. You all made the ending of the evening so special.

I'm already excited to do this again in December.

I caught up with Althea Thomas, Director of Cross Country and Track & Field at Vanderbilt University, at the @lemons_2_lemonade event and asked her a few quick questions.

One of them was:
What is one thing women need to stop doing?

Her answer is exactly why spaces like Cool Girls Create matter.

Community is bigger than just meeting people.

It is about how we support each other, how we make room for each other, and how we grow alongside women whose path may look completely different from our own.

We love a rooftop theme! Y'all understood the assignment.

The @fairlanehotelrooftop was made for the #L2LMIXER 💛

It set the background and we brought the vibes and the energy.

Shout out to the women who make space to stretch their creative muscle every now and then.

Classes like cake decorating with @cakemydaynashville is just one example of how you can find activities on your city to create.

There was nothing sour about this afternoon. 🍋💛

We gathered for our Lemons & Buttercream Vintage Cake Decorating Workshop and turned buttercream, lemons and creativity into the sweetest experience. From learning vintage piping techniques to decorating beautiful yellow cakes, every detail reminded us that joy is often found in creating something with our own hands.

A huge thank you to @maxwellroomnashville for welcoming our community into such a beautiful space, and to @otrcocktails for keeping everyone refreshed with delicious Lemon Drops. Your partnership helped make this experience even more memorable.

And, of course, thank you to @cakemydaynashville for leading such a fun and inspiring workshop. 🍰✨

To everyone who joined us—thank you for bringing your creativity, laughter, and good energy. We can't wait to create with you again.

Now tell us...what workshop should we host next? 👀 Drop your ideas in the comments! 🍋

🎙️ MY BROTHER’S KEEPER — VERSE 1 PREVIEW 🎙️

Aight…

Now here’s the beginning of Verse 1.

And before anybody gets it twisted…

This ain’t a diss.

This ain’t an attack.

This is one brother talking to another brother.

That’s it.

Sometimes the people closest to us get the hardest conversations.

Not because we hate them.

Because we love them enough to tell them the truth.

JB, if you hear yourself in this record, that’s because it’s for you, bro.

Not against you.

For you.

I want to see you win.

I want to see you heal.

I want to see you chase every dream you got.

So tell me what y’all think about the verse.

Did the message land? 👀🎙️
