After yesterday’s session, we had to break out the coolers filled with water balloons and cool off a bit 😂🥶

Our athletes have been putting in the work all summer and unfortunately we’re starting our parade of goodbyes with three of them leaving this week! So, we had to send them off with a BANGGG!

Want to increase explosiveness and acceleration? Try adding these 2 exercises into the mix: Tuck Jump to Box Jumps & Explosive Box Jumps. Great for spatial awareness, minimizing ground contact time, and reaction time, a 3 in 1 🔥.

Teach & Apply Day at the ‘Dell! Pogo Box Jumps!
•
When it comes to multi-jump movements or change of direction jumping, the landing mechanics is just as important as learning the TIMING of the jumps: knowing how to land, how to load the hips properly, & how much power to apply to the jumps.
•
Set up boxes of multiple heights and see if you can keep up! Box heights: 6 inches, 12, 18, 24 and 30. Feel free to Like/Share/Save for you or someone this might help!
