PTSD doesn’t always look like a crisis.

Sometimes it looks like being constantly on guard.
Overthinking everything.
Avoiding certain people, places, or memories.
Feeling numb or disconnected.
Having difficulty sleeping.
Or feeling like your body is reacting to something your mind is trying to move past.

Trauma can change the way you experience safety, but healing is possible. 🤎

At Project Whisper Counselling & Psychotherapy, we provide a supportive, trauma-informed space to help you process what happened, understand your responses, and begin rebuilding a sense of safety and control.

✨ Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy
✨ EMDR Therapy
✨ Emotional Regulation & Coping Support
✨ Anxiety & Depression Support
✨ Culturally Responsive Care

You survived the experience. You don’t have to remain stuck in survival mode.

Unburden. Recenter. Become.

Sometimes healing doesn’t begin with a breakthrough.

Sometimes it begins with finally admitting:

✨ “I’m tired.”
✨ “I’m overwhelmed.”
✨ “I can’t keep carrying this alone.”

You don’t need to have the right words.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.

At Project Whisper, we believe healing starts when you feel safe enough to be heard.

Your whisper matters.

💭 Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, support is available.

Because strength isn’t found in carrying everything alone it’s found in reaching out.

We Hear What You Don’t Say.
