What an experience… I’m still taking it all in. Getting to step on stage in Thailand was something I’ll never forget, and I’m so grateful for every person who helped make it happen.

To my coach Jason, thank you for being my fkn rock through all of it. For your support, belief in me and for always being there when I needed you… I couldn’t have done it without you. @coachtencate

To my posing coaches, thank you for helping me feel confident and prepared up there @internationalposingacademy

Queensland stage photos where I placed 3rd… only 5 months late. 🫣

Looking back at these photos is a reminder of just how much can change in such a short time.

Post-show hasn’t always been easy. There have been plenty of highs and lows, and moments that challenged me more than I ever expected. But through it all, one thing never changed—I always knew I’d be back on stage in 2027. It was never a matter of if, only when.

Those show dates are officially locked in, and this isn’t just another season. It’s my comeback. The one I’ve been working towards, and without a doubt, the biggest and most important season of my bodybuilding journey so far.

Having @coachtencate in my corner gives me complete confidence. Even on the days I doubt myself, I never doubt the plan we’ve built together.

Now it’s time to put my head down and earn it:

Every setback has taught me something. Every hard day has made me stronger. Every lesson has led me here.

@coryhinny god I couldn’t of chose a better partner. It’s true when they say your partner will make or break your prep, and for me, you are the reason I got to live out this dream. WE FKN DID IT. No one really gets to see the day in and day out 1% boring shit, the tears, but you did. You saw it all and most importantly seen the pro in me before I did. I love doing life with you, this win is ours.

@coachtencate @caitlinfisher_ the fricken A team!!! Something i’ve said for the entirety of my journey is how lucky I am to have chosen such incredible mentors. Not only are you both incredibly talented and educated, but are such genuine human beings. You both believed in me long before I did and making your proud the last two weekends has been the highlight of my life.

FMG BIKINI PRO!!!!! THIS ONE FELT SO DAMN SWEET ✨🤍

This last week of prep i’ve felt the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. Coming off the world stage placing 9th I was embarrassed, disappointed, and truly never wanted to compete again.

I worked my fkn ass off. But the lesson I learned was so did everyone else. Body building is a brutal sport, but it can also be so damn rewarding and life changing.

Something I am so proud of is the type of individual I was on both stages. I brought an insane physique, fun energy, a kind heart, and most importantly was a team player. THIS IS WHAT I WANT FOR THE SPORT.

A huge shoutout to @fmgshows_thailand @ashacoulthard for putting on such an incredible show. I am so grateful to have been apart of it and to now also be apart of the pro family 🤍
