Gains in the Ghetto East Coast Tour!

We are just over a month away from adventuring out to our favourite movement gyms on the east coast!

Each venue we will be running a full day workshop covering epic topics and sharing knowledge n handstands, mobility, gymnastics rings and bodyweight strength training.

Don’t make excuses and get a case of fomo, no matter your level we have huge take aways and a great amount of training for you to play with.

Above all it’s always amazing meeting the wider community and getting to share what we know and checking out all the epic facilities.

Run through the slides to see what stops are when, what you’ll take away and your ticket options!

Let the gains begin!

As always shoot us a DM with any questions

parallette playtime keeps turning into little discoveries

for some reason my body keeps
coming back to that little egg shape

so we use it as a warm up now 😌

the V sit was such a surprise!
I was trying to find an L-sit and just
kept going to see what would happen

also realised that pressing harder into the parallettes helps me lift my hips a little more in that straddle sit

I think the best part is not knowing
what shape I’m going to find next ♥️

save this for your next parallette practice 🫶

@unbound.au captured the muscle-up ritual frame by frame 📸🔥

The belt shuffle, the hand shuffle, little pray to the muscle up gods, the flex -hang- pull, the rep 💪🏼

I also love seeing the faces in the background, the reactions, the nerves, the people willing the lift to happen with you.

It’s something you completely miss when you’re the one on the platform. In that moment, you’re in your own little world. Just you, the platform and the lift.

Then you see the photos afterwards and realise how much was happening around you. 🥹

I have SO many amazing photos from @unbound.au , and this year I’ve decided I’m going to share as many of them as possible.
They capture moments you just don’t get to see or appreciate while you’re competing.

Pretty bloody cool to have the whole journey captured like this. 🫶

Sometimes the nervous system needs the rep more than the muscles do.

First attempt: fail.
Second attempt: less of a fail, even though I didn’t stick the landing 😂

I’ve never tried a parallette handstand before, and I was genuinely worried I’d fall onto them. So the nervous system needed a little pep talk before the body was willing to give it a go.

The rep was sloppy, but that wasn’t really the win. The win was doing the thing my brain had already decided was dangerous—and showing it that I could be worried, take it slowly and still try.

Confidence doesn’t always come before the attempt. Sometimes you earn it through the messy reps.
