50 classes (since May). I honestly never thought I’d say that 🤍 I’ve never been a workout class person or a regular gym goer for that matter, but something about Lagree clicked. It challenges me physically, clears my head, and has made me stronger in ways I can actually feel and see. I’ve always believed in taking a natural, holistic approach to wellness, and I want to see what my body is capable of through movement, strength, consistency, and taking care of myself…no shortcuts, just showing up. Heading into my mid-40s, I’m realizing that strength is one of the best forms of wellness I can give myself.
