POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Summer is a marathon, but the finish line is finally here. 🏁✨

You’ve spent the last few months making all the summer magic happen for everyone else. Now that school is back in session (or starting soon!), it’s time to take a breath, get back into your rhythm, and catch up on YOU.

Imagine a full day of “spa” and wellness services you want and need—without doing a single thing to plan it.

On Thursday, September 10, 2026, we’re hosting the Mom Tune-Up right here in Half Moon Bay! (Whether you’re a mom or simply a woman needing a restorative exhale, you are welcome here!)

Think of us as your personal wellness crew. We handle the timeline and meals so you can simply show up between school drop-off and pickup.

Your Wellness Menu Includes:
🪥 Dental Exam & Cleaning (@hmbfamilydentistry )
💆‍♀️ Massage Therapy (@driftwood_body_healing )
🦴 Chiropractic Assessment (@coastsidechiropractor )
💇‍♀️ Haircare & Styling (@_natalieolivia_)
✨ Energy Healing & Reiki (The Wild Spark Coaching)
💃 Group Dance Fitness (@highway1fitness )
📖 Solo “Unscheduled” Reading/Coffee Time
🧴 Facials (Details coming soon!)

Included in Registration ($150):
🎯 Goal & Intention Workshops (Ashley Kleckner, @gardensstardust )
🥗 Nourishing Breakfast & Lunch
🗓️ Full Concierge Scheduling

Spots are strictly limited based on provider availability, and we expect this day to fill up fast!

29 episodes out in the world, 36 conversations recorded, and countless moments we’re grateful for.

Thank you to everyone who gave us your time this year — listening, sharing, and rooting for us.

We love where we’re from, and it means everything to highlight the people and personalities that make Half Moon Bay, and the Bay Area, our special slice of earth.

We’re just a couple of grown kids trying to figure life out, sitting down with people who seem a few steps ahead, curious about the stories that shaped who they are and how they got here.

Here’s to growing with listeners who care about people, places, and real stories

Thank you 2025
