These are the moments I live for. The ones I’ll look back on in years to come and be proud of.

No matter the placings, no matter how little I sleep on these weekends, no matter how much travel has to be done every weekend.

In 5-10 years from now, those things won’t matter. But what WILL matter is the memories made along the way.

The impact you leave along the way.

The weekends when all 20 weeks of work finally comes to life and unfolds into reality within a couple days.

Wouldn’t trade this life or this career for anything else in the world 🤲🏼

Prejudging is a wrap for @cobezz_

Not the placing we came for by any means, but sometimes you just take it on the chin and know where you need to improve. So that’s what we are doing.

We need more size to be competitive at this level, so a long offseason will happen and the only option is to come back undeniable.

Proud of you and your efforts regardless of the outcome brother!

not a loss, just a lesson 👊🏼

This is an appreciation post I wanna give a huge shoutout to my best friend, the love of my life @alevy28 without you I couldn’t have gotten through this prep. You are my motivation and you push me everyday. Your belief in me makes me want it that much more.

My coach my brother my guy @taylormoore_7 man thank you for not only believing in me but really helping me to bring out the best in myself and bringing a package I’m truly proud of to the stage. In just 10 weeks we made this happen, my first NPC show and we crushed it. Can’t wait for this weekend to be able to say I’m nationally qualified as we chase that IFBB pro card together.

And my guy my teammate @cobezz_ bro you are an amazing bodybuilder, an amazing person and someone I’m proud to call a true friend. Thank you for all the love and support this weekend you absolutely crushed it 1st in your class and 2nd overall. Can’t wait for you to get back on stage in 3 weeks and get that pro card I’m proud of you brother

The boys with a post workout look today, as we start to fill up a bit

Both of them still flat here but in a very good spot to eat up and dry out

Planes are landing 😎

Warning shots fired 🤧

2 and 5 weeks out now, changing daily.

Cardio is out, food is up 1300 cals from baseline, and stims got pulled today as well. Hit 2 new lows this week. Everything is clicking

We will play the cards that are dealt day to day now until the finish line
