Real growth isn't always pretty, and it definitely doesn't happen when things are easy. ⛸️🤍Today was tough, and the skate didn't go the way I wanted. But looking back at everything it took just to get on the ice—fighting through the injury and refusing to give up—I’m proud of the grit I showed. This season has changed me so much as a skater, and one hard day doesn't change that progress. I know I am not the skater I was a year ago, even a month ago.📈✨Qualifying for Excel Nationals was a dream. I had so much fun and learned a lot. Next year I will have even higher goals. To my coaches: thank you for believing in me every single day, especially the hard ones. Thank you for helping me navigate the setbacks and always pushing me to grow. I have the absolute best team behind me. 🙏💪Focus now is on healing up, resting, and getting ready for what's next---it's time to Dance!

One thing to know about me is that I’m a stubborn girl 💁🏻‍♀️
Diagnoses aren’t death sentences! Use your resources, ask questions, and just move your body. This is a reminder that internet advice is worth a grain of salt and critical thinking is hot 😏🥵 #figureskating #slc #fitness #pilates #workout
