So many women were told the same thing growing up: “You’re too sensitive.”

Too emotional.
Too intense.
Too affected by things.

So we learn to toughen up.
To override what we feel.
To act like things don’t touch us.

But sensitivity isn’t a flaw.

It’s the body noticing more.

More emotion.
More energy.
More subtle signals in the world around you.

Without support, that awareness can feel overwhelming.

With embodiment, it becomes one of your greatest strengths.

You feel truth faster.
You sense what’s aligned.
You move through life with deeper intuition.

You were never too sensitive.

You were just never taught how to work with that sensitivity.

If this resonates, comment LOVE and I’ll send you my free Body Love Workout ✨

What have you heard growing up? 👇🏼 You are not too sensitive.

Most women grow up believing their body is something to manage.

If something feels wrong,
the instinct is to fix it.

More discipline.
More control.
More effort.

But the body isn’t the enemy.

Fatigue, tension, overwhelm, emotional waves — these are not failures.

They are signals.

When you begin to listen instead of override, something shifts.

Energy returns.
Clarity becomes easier.
Confidence stops feeling forced.

Your body was never the problem.

She was always trying to guide you back to yourself.

⭐️ If you want to learn this in a space that feels comfortable and safe, comment “PELVIC ” and get on the waitlist for PUSSY YOGA IMMERSION ✨

We have something special coming up for the women on the waitlist only. Your body is not the problem.

Being the “strong one” often starts early.

You learn how to cope.
How to keep going.
How not to need too much.

And for a long time, it works.
Until the body starts asking for something else.
Tired doesn’t mean incapable.

It means you’ve been carrying more than one nervous system was ever meant to hold.

You don’t have to stop being strong.
You just don’t have to brace all the time.

When the body feels supported, strength becomes softer.

Clearer.
More sustainable.

👉 If this feels familiar, comment LOVE to receive my free 5-minute Body Love practice and some more surprises.

A space to rest, reconnect, and remember that you don’t have to do everything alone.

You’re allowed to soften and still be powerful. If you’re tired of being the “strong one,” read this

So many women think confidence is something they have to summon.
Push into.
Convince themselves of.

But the body doesn’t respond to pressure.
She responds to being met.

If confidence feels heavy or unnatural, it’s often because you’re asking your body to skip the part where it feels safe.

Strength isn’t built by forcing yourself forward.
It’s built by settling into yourself.

When you stop bracing, when you let your breath move freely, when you allow your body to take up space without explanation, a steadier kind of confidence appears.

Quiet.
Rooted.
Unperformative.

👉🏼 If this feels familiar, comment LOVE to receive my free 5-minute Body Love practice for confidence & true self love.

You don’t need to act confident.
You need to fully feel yourself. If confidence feels forced, this is what your body might be asking for instead

…And what to do about it.

Calm isn’t something you think your way into.
It’s something the body remembers.

When you soften your breath...

✨ when you let your shoulders drop,
✨ when you allow your pelvic floor to relax,
✨ your nervous system receives the message:
✨ you’re safe.

From there, everything shifts.

Grounded energy doesn’t need to be loud.
Magnetism doesn’t come from effort.

Presence is what’s left when you stop forcing.

The ESSENCE OF BELLYDANCE™ Teacher Training 2027 has officially opened its doors, and you can now secure your place.

After months of preparation, I’m so excited to finally invite you into this next journey.

🎁 For the first 3 women

The first three women who join the 2027 training will receive a personally dedicated ESSENCE OF BELLYDANCE™ notebook — the perfect companion for your Teacher Training.

I’ll personally sign and dedicate it just for you. ❤️

Start training today — not next year

One of the biggest advantages of joining early is that your training begins immediately.

The moment you enroll, you’ll receive lifetime access to the complete ESSENCE OF BELLYDANCE™ Premium Membership, so you can begin building your technique long before our live training starts in April 2027.

Imagine beginning the Teacher Training already feeling familiar with the movements, the language of the method, and the foundations.

Christine from Canada shared:

“I had ESSENCE Premium Membership for months before the Teacher Training even began, and I’m so grateful I did. It gave me the chance to really explore the movements at my own pace, so by the time the training started, they already felt familiar in my body. Instead of feeling like I had to absorb everything at once, I could really go deeper and get so much more out of the experience.”

That’s exactly why we’re giving you immediate access.

You’ll have months to explore, practice, and build a strong foundation. So when we meet live, you’re ready to go deeper.

Whether your dream is to transform your relationship with your body, become a professional performer, or teach this work yourself, this is where the journey begins.

I’d love to welcome you into the ESSENCE OF BELLYDANCE™ Teacher Training 2027.

👉 comment “teacher” to secure your place

I can’t wait to meet you.

With love,

Coco

20 years of ESSENCE OF BELLYDANCE!
Twenty years ago, I taught my very first ESSENCE OF BELLYDANCE™ classes.

At the time, I thought I was teaching dance.

What I discovered instead was something much deeper.
Again and again, I witnessed women reconnect with parts of themselves they thought they had lost: their confidence, sensuality, joy, strength, creativity, and self-trust.

What began as a dance method became a path back to the body.

Today, ESSENCE OF BELLYDANCE is practiced by women around the world and taught in 26 countries by certified ESSENCE teachers.

This anniversary is an opportunity to celebrate that journey together.
Whether you have been part of ESSENCE for years or are discovering it for the very first time, I would love to welcome you.
