DCC Monthly Coffee Meetup and introducing an exciting: The Delhi 🤝 Bangalore Bean Exchange!

About The Bean Exchange!

This month, we are teaming up with the Bangalore Coffee Community for a 1:1 bean swap.

How it works: Bring single doses (15g–18g each) of your favorite whole beans to this May meet-up.

The Prep: Pack them in airtight pouches/tubes and label them with the Roaster, Coffee Name, Roast Date, and Process.

The Swap: We will ship our collective Delhi stash to Bangalore, and in return, we will get a curated box of their favorite coffees to unbox and brew together at our June Meet-up! (Participation in the exchange is optional, but highly encouraged!)

Apart from the exchange, there’s no fixed agenda—just a relaxed afternoon filled with thoughtfully brewed coffee, easy conversations, and people who genuinely love a good cup. Come unwind, exchange coffee stories, talk beans and brewers, or simply soak in the vibe.

Fresh coffee, cozy conversations, and a vibe to match—this May meetup is the perfect excuse to pause, pour, and connect. Drop in, grab a mug, and let’s brew some good moments together.

Payment Policy: The seat reservation is only confirmed once we receive the payment confirmation. If registration is completed but payment is not made within 15 minutes, the registration will be removed.

Refunds: Non-refundable tickets.

Group Bookings: Only one person allowed per registration. If you plan to attend in groups, please fill out the form separately (this helps us track the headcount with ease).

Cancellations: Please inform us if you need to cancel so we can open up seats for those on the waitlist.

This time, Ashish and Tej are hitting the roads of Coorg on their bikes, visiting 4 beautiful coffee estates and discovering the stories, people, and beans behind them. 🏍️🌿

And we’re taking it one step further — we’ll be hosting a Friends of the Farmer Workshop on September 28th, featuring two of the estates from this journey: Mooleh Manay Estate by South Indian Coffee Company and Poomaale Estate by Beforest.

Expect a hands-on experience where they’ll be showcasing their unique beans and brews, and you’ll get to taste coffee at its source.
