September is Suicide Prevention Month💛

A month to remember those who are no longer with us, those who are struggling today, and the families and friends grieving someone lost to suicide.

But suicide prevention matters every day; not just in September.

Every day is an opportunity to check in on the people we love, not only when they seem to be struggling, but also when they seem okay.

Listen without judgment. Be patient. Be present. Sometimes, knowing that someone genuinely cares can mean more than we realize.

To anyone struggling right now: please reach out for help. You do not have to carry everything alone. You matter💛

And to those grieving someone lost to suicide: we remember them with you🤍

This month and every month, let’s choose kindness, start conversations, listen more closely, and remind each other that asking for help is 100% okay.

Every film has two stories.

The one on screen… and the one behind the camera.

I loved capturing the energy, creativity, and teamwork that went into making “5Min”, a short film about mental health.

From directing and lighting to camera, sound, acting, and everything in between, this BTS piece celebrates the people who make filmmaking possible.

Big thanks to @korner.studios and @coffee.foundation for having me on board.
