[📍Rehoboth, MA] Guys, do yourself a favor and go get a brown sugar cinnamon latte from @coffeebymello ASAP. Please just trust me. This latte was perfection. 10/10. The kind I could drink every day and never get sick of. I spoke with owners Vinnie and Aaron who let me know that they use their own Ethiopia Brazil blend, roasted by their friends at @leyden_street_coffee. They also make their own syrups! We spoke about how we enjoy when syrups enhance the flavor of the espresso rather than mask it, which is exactly what they’ve managed to achieve. They were SO kind and personable, and I could tell they truly care about the quality of the coffee they serve. Not only is their product and service stellar, but their location could not be better. Their trailer is parked in the @traditions_bakeshop parking lot, and oh my god! I got a fig cookie that was actually life-changing. They also offer cupcakes, cakes, muffins, pastries, bars, and more, with an impressive variety of vegan and gluten-free options! Plus, the owner is the sweetest. If you can’t tell, I had the best morning trying these new and new-to-me small businesses, and I think you should try them too. ☕️🍪

Mello Coffee is a brand new craft coffee trailer located at 83 Winthrop street (rt 44) in Rehoboth MA! They are brand new, just getting their bearings, and I was lucky enough to grab a pumpkin cheesecake latte from them 😍 Follow them on social media to find out when and where they will be open! Conveniently, their parking spot on rt 44 is at a bakery 😊 so obviously I had to check them out! what a perfect pairing: a latte and a sweet treat 😋 I got 4 cupcakes, and they were fantastic. Traditions Bakeshop is mostly a cake bakery, but they also have cookies and a few breakfast pastries as well. It’s worth it! Both businesses were so friendly and excited to tell me about their products. Truly what a perfect one stop shop! 📌 Mello Coffee 📷 Pumpkin Cheesecake Latte, $7.70 Schedule varies. Soft opening success for @coffeebymello ! Words cannot begin to express how proud of @aaronmello_ I am. I remember five years ago sitting on the couch having a slow morning, sipping coffee together and talking about how amazing it would be to turn his passion for coffee into a business. Now look at him! @aaronmello_ & @vinceattonito have curated an experience for customers that is not your average sugary milkshake coffee that is so “trendy” at the moment. It’s GOOD coffee with quality, scratch made ingredients and coffee sourced from local friends. From the bottom of all of our hearts, thank you for supporting @coffeebymello ! Remember Dunkaroos at recess? We built a latte around them. Snickerdoodle syrup under a vanilla frosting cold foam. Months of work went into keeping that foam light instead of cloying, because our whole approach at Mello is simple: the coffee comes first, and the syrups play a supporting note.
