Selected work by Colm Moore @col.mm Colm Moore (b. 1996) lives and works between London and Glasgow. He is a multidisciplinary artist engaging in long-form projects, allowing time to shape and guide his work. His art is introspective, reflecting the times he lives amongst. In Call of a Swift, Colm reflects on 3 years spent creating images with his younger brother during a time of stillness and uncertainty. What began in 2020 as quiet gestures inside the family home became a dialogue between siblings - a way of navigating both the landscape around them and the unspoken space between them. The work, resisting clear beginnings or endings, is a tender record of reflection, contradiction, and connection, marking Moore’s first self-published book. #ColmMoore #CompanionFeatures

This month Palm* feature by @col.mm Full story on our website What lies in the space between two people? What can the landscape we share reveal to us?  Call of a Swift began in 2020, when two brothers started making images together. As the world came to a standstill, they turned inward — tracing quiet gestures through the terrain they both called home. Over the next three years, the camera moved between the land and each other, uncovering what was unspoken, uncertain, and deeply felt. This body of work is the residue of that dialogue: a quiet confrontation with fear, contradiction, and desire. A conversation held between brothers at a time when everything — and nothing — was in motion. Call of a Swift marks Colm’s first self-published book — a handmade edition of 30.
